I went in to get ingrowns removed today (7-17). Everyone was nice and very informative. Dr. Martin was patient with me bcz I'm afraid of needles. The numbing was the worst pain but taken out I didn't feel anything. Thank u all

She has great bedside manner but is a horrible surgeon. She WAS to do bunion surgery on me in 2019. I said was because it was never done. I kept hurting after her surgery but due to COVID, I put it off. I finally went to another podiatrist and when he showed me the x-ray I almost fainted. My toe was still the same as before I went to her. Then to top it off she left a row of staples on top of my toe. The other doctor had to go in and fix what she did not and take the staples out of my foot. I emailed her and have YET to hear back from her. I have been told by other patients in the now Dr’s office the same have happened to them, and had to have a revision done and staples removed. I would not let her perform surgery on a piece of paper. She should stick to caring for the foot and leave surgery alone, or go back to school. I tried not to do this but she did not respond to my email. Please do not allow her to do surgery on you. I know of four that my Dr has fixed, and his partner have fixed many of her previous surgical procedures. Not a good surgeon but as I stated bedside manner is good. I would give her zero stars if I could but I cannot. I originally scored her based on that alone but I know that she messed me up. I had to repay for this surgery and I have to deal with the pain of having surgery again for the same thing, but the staples were an added gift I guess. I could not work this summer due to having surgery. Let her care for you but run if she says you need surgery.
