Terrible phone/people skills. Train your employees on how to deal with customers since that’s 50% of the job. Called to ask about something simple, he answers with nothing but smart remarks and then says “Yeah your car’s worthless go ask around” as if I wasn’t calling a JUNK car business.

Maybe I was interrupting his nap? Who knows. But I recommend going with another junk car removal place- like I Pull U Pull or Pick A Part. They give you a quote immediately and offer free towing to pick it up, with good customer service.

My initial contact was pleasant and professional. Though after they picked up my vehicle, they gave me a check that had not been cleared to cash even though it was dated for the same day. When I called the first time to request they release funds I was hung up on and when I called back they said the department in charge would release my check within 2 hours. It hasn’t been too hours yet but I will report back if it clears
