Where to even begin! HANDS DOWN BEST OFFICE IN HUMBOLDT COUNTY!! From the start with Michelle and Laurie, to finish with Dr. Kennedy and her main assistant, Joyce; my experience was better than I could have imagined. I’m so appreciative of their kindness, caring and information right off the bat. They answered the phone every time I called (which was a lot, unfortunately!) and were patient and helpful every single time…I’m sorry but you just don’t get that at most or any places anymore so it was such a relief! Especially going in for something that is embarrassing and uncomfortable to most, they never made me feel that way at all. In fact, just the opposite. They put me at ease even though I was in so much pain. Dr. Kennedy answered all my questions in depth and even drew diagrams to help me better understand what was going on. She never made me feel rushed or needy. After the visit, Joyce and Michelle checked in on me and were just so kind!! I wish I could have them be my primary doctors office!!!! I will continue to recommend Dr. Kennedy every chance I get!!!

Dr. Cassandra Kennedy, is extremely knowledgeable, and takes the time to work one on one, and directly with her patients. She is very thorough, and explains your personal situation in great detail. She keeps her patients aware of their status, through any procedure or treatment and is very kind as well. Humboldt is quite fortunate to have such a skilled doctor and excellent surgeon, with so much real life experience.
