Hands down the best dentist. The staff is incredible and extremely helpful. I’ve always had horrible anxiety with any dentist. This is the first office I’ve truly felt comfortable at. It’s such a warm and welcoming environment. All of my questions and concerns are always met with sincerity. My first visit,the nurse literally held my hand. There aren’t enough kind words to express how wonderful this practice is.

My family and I have been dental patients of Dr. Sam Castillo for over 20 years. Dr. Castillo has always been very professional and kind and dedicated to the highest standards in his work. While working in a dental procedure, he consistently asks how you are doing because he cares and wants each procedure to be a comfortable and great experience. His staff are also the highest quality of people and dedicated to excellence. I have had my teeth cleaned at Dr. Castillo's office many times and always have had incredible results. I have also had several different dental procedures over 20+ years of dental care with Dr. Castillo and I would highly recommend Dr. Sam Castillo to anyone. From the moment you arrive in his office till your dental procedure is completed, you will experience the very, very best in dental care and professionalism. He is the best!

Dr. Sam and staff are AWESOME!!! I'm not sure about the user that had a bad experience with insurance and billing, but they were great with me. I had an extraction that my insurance didn't cover and they were super easy to work with, even though I moved and lost touch with the office. When I needed another extraction they scheduled me the same day to see Dr. Sam to get the abscess under control. Unfortunately I got a dry socket after the extraction, due to the fact that I'm a smoker. When I called to tell the staff about it, they got me in the same day to make sure I was taken care of. The only thing I wish Dr. Sam could do differently is accept Well-care. If he did, his office would be the only dentist that my wife and 3 children would use. Now I am a cash customer with no dental insurance so I really have to make sure I'm getting the best care at the best price. When I had the dry socket and had to come in for a follow up exam, Dr. Sam didn't even charge me. I've been in for several exams and extractions over the last two years, and have several fillings coming up in the future. Dr. Sam's has always been the most affordable, flexible, and accommodating practice to my financial situation, and his staff are the most compassionate and professional people you could ever want to deal with. One last note, the men and women that work with Dr. Sam are a unique group of people. From the moment you sit down in the waiting room, you can tell that everybody is on the same page as a team and that there is a tremendous amount of harmony within the office. I also love that Dr. Sam's office is proudly Christian and that his staff not only exemplify professionalism, but the compassion that the Word of God teaches It's followers to convey. As you can tell, I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Sam Castillo dentistry, so I'll just recommend you go see them for yourself!

Dr. Sam and his staff make you feel just like family. It is clear they really care about you, your needs & your health. It's a family run business which is something we need more of in this world. Dr. Castillo and his staff are fantastic! They were very accommodating to my needs and went beyond any expectation of great customer service. The staff is absolutely wonderful and personable. My husband has fought going to the dentist for years and I must say that Dr. Castillo made one heck of an impression on him. As my husband stated, "The man definitely knows what he is doing!" I never thought I would be saying that my husband is looking forward to his next dental visit! I would also like to add that Dr. Castillo is out of network for my husbands insurance and the services were still VERY affordavle! A big thank you to Castillo Family Dentistry for making his visit pleasant!

I’ve never liked going to Dentist, they always hurt you n poke you, then bill you for it. But since finding Dr. Castillo I’ve always been %100 satisfied. Besides the shots we are supposed to have, I’ve never had any other pain with any procedure. And by now those procedures are adding up.
I always tell everyone I see if they need a Dentist, he is the ONLY ONE!
PS. He’s a Sooner fan to boot!

I have been going to Dr. Castillo for many years and I have never had a problem. I used to work at a clinic, so I know a little bit about financial policies. I talked to Dr. Castillo s wife about theirs. I know for a fact that they bill several times before sending anyone to collections, so if you were sent that means you either did not bother pay your bill (even if it was small) for a long time or try to call to let them know it was a mistake. Personally I would not listen to the review of an obviously uneducated person who cannot spell or use correct grammar to tell me where to go. If you have questions about policies at Dr. Castillo s office, just ask. I did, and they told me everything I wanted to know. They were open and honest about everything. Plus, Dr. Sam always does a great job on my teeth and gives the easiest shots! I rarely feel anything when he is giving them, and I am terrified!
