I was looking forward to a good steak, but sadly it was amongst some of the worst steaks we've had. Of the 4 of us, only 1 steak was cooked as ordered and one had to be sent back twice. They lacked in flavor. Seeing how they have a cattle auction on site we were hopeful they would would have been amazing. The waitress, Micheala, was amazing. She's the only reason they aren't getting 2 starts and not 1. I would not eat here again.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Cattlesman Bar & Grill in Loma, Colorado, and I must say, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The service was top-notch, with Micaela doing a fantastic job of keeping me well-fed and satisfied.

The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Ribeye steak, which is hands down the best in the area. Micaela thoughtfully asked if I needed A1 or Heinz 57, and while I opted for Heinz 57, the steak was so perfectly cooked and flavorful that it didn't need any sauce at all.

This Great Mountain Country restaurant is an ideal spot for both breakfast and dinner with family. Whether you're looking for a hearty meal to start your day or a delicious dinner to end it, Cattlesman Bar & Grill is the place to go.

Great day , wonderful event. Hosted by the Cattleman's bar n grill, the' Hot Cocoa ' heated up every costume, was the perfect touch at the end. Family memories. Always makes a great place to be . Try there catering its great ? nice, and friendly people. Down home cooking food too. Thank you again

Update: I heard there's a new chef from Vegas. Good flavors but my NY Strip needed to be trimmed better. The menu is smaller but still delicious!

Food is the best I've had since moving over a year ago! The salad bar, the soup and the beef were all top notch. Then they'll Creme Brule your cheesecake. Where has this been ally life? Oh and the poppers.... just GO - tney don't disappoint!

My husband picked it and after done eating I told him to always check the worst reviews first to get a good idea of issues and all that were listed in reviews were true with the exception of our waitress. She saw us in a timely manner and was very nice.
The food. Potato soup was cold. Rolls had a flavor similar to when oil is old so I don't know if maybe they brushed it on them to make it shiny or if it came from baking but that taste was there. I ordered meatloaf and it came in three hard little balls with what tasted like instant mashed potatoes with brown gravy mix. I ordered a side of cottage cheese and tomatoes and that was the best tasting thing. My husband ordered steak and mashed potatoes. He loved the steak but had the same observation about mashed potatoes. I almost ordered dessert bc they have pineapple upside down cake just if it ended up bad I would have just been ticked that I gave them more money. So I didn't. There are a few flies but there is a cattle yard on the back so can't really complain about that. Was it the worst? No. Would I ever tell anyone to make sure they stop there? No.

Visited cattlemen’s grill while I was in Fruita, I had dinner here 3 times in 3 different days.
Food was pretty good, except the last dinner I had there. Jalapeño poppers were pretty burnt and when I mentioned it all she said/did was say sorry, the soup of the day for dinner I had the jalapeño poppers, was pretty bad. The steak had pretty bad flavor and over cooked, unfortunately didn’t get pictures of that night. Other than that it’s pretty good and employees were friendly.
