Dr. Susan should be reported and lose her license due to malpractice in medicine! I’ve never seen a doctor prescribe patients medication like she does! My mom has a concoction of medication that should not be mixed. Who prescribes patients addipex for over 2 plus years and ozempic. She is withered away and yet is still being prescribed her addipex. This lady does not care about the wellbeing of patients over a paycheck in her pocket. Do better!

This doctor office is the worst. My wife had a appointment at 9:30 say there until 11. Then went back and saw the nurse. She only meet with the doctor for a second in a tiny messy room. The doctor just looked at my wife and started writing out medicine. Got the 10 different medications and they wasn't anything my wife needed. They random medicine made my wife very sick. Never go here.

I have been seeing Dr Sue since 1983. I am and have always been pleased with her. I heard a story long ago about how she saved the lives of two twins in Rome Ga. I knew it was true the person that told the story was family. She is a good Dr she saved my foot from rotting off. I was out of work for 3 months. I will always be grateful. If you want things that only a quack can assist you with or if you are to smart for your on good this is not the place to make and appointment. Sometimes in life you have to grow up and act like an adult. The clock never stops ticking.Hey Dr sue. YOU ROCK!!!!!!

I just moved to Cave Springs. My back went out. Went to a urgent care in rome by the hospital. Staff was nice the doc was horrible. He refused to do a x-rays or give me a referral to a orthopedic.He told me to go to a chiropractor big mistake for someone like me.Thank God for this doctor. One x ray and she saw the problem. I now have a MRI scheduled, then a orthopedic doc. Meds for the swelling. This time I left the doctor with tears because I knew I was going to get help.

I arrive as a walk in at 10:30 am, June 11, 2019. I was told I would be seen at 1:15 pm. At 1:45 they ask for my information. I did not have my insurance card but I do have insurance. They kept insisting that I pay cash, they would not accept my insurance info because I did not have a card. I even called Cigna insurance and they ask to speak to the secretary. She and the doctor both refused to talk with them. There attitude was prideful and arrogant. They did not care about the hours waiting the apt. Left went Floyd Medical in Rockmart. They pulled my Insurance info in 5 minutes, we're polite and kind.

Don’t even think it’s worth 1 star. Asked if they do a certain procedure only to be told they don’t do surgery in the office. Actually thought I would be so stupid to think surgery would be done in the office. She told me that she couldn’t give me any information as I wasn’t a patient. Only wanted to know if a doctor there would be able to do the surgery. That lady, I called back to tell her how uninformed she is. Grrr

I wish I could give less than one star. Staff was extremely rude and would not even give me new patient paperwork because I had another primary care doctor printed on my insurance card. Refused to call my insurance to verify. I just moved here and was planning on making them my primary care. What a joke. Do not go here!!!

I’ve been seeing dr Su for almost 40 years she listens and she takes time she makes sure she tries to find the best treatment and test for you and Reanne in the front office is the best she will do anything she can to help you I have no complaints
