I went because I had a loose ingrown piece of nail, the doctor (I wouldn't call him that) savagely pulled off a whole side of the nail which wasn't necessary, even though I told him to stop. Even so, the piece that was hurting me I ended up pulling it out myself at home! He ripped off the nail unnecessarily, obsessed with surgery. He didn't listen when I asked him to stop, he didn't remove the piece that was causing me pain, he just hurt me and damaged my nail. He is clumsy and does not know how to listen to his patients. He is not a doctor or a surgeon, a pedicurist would have done a better job.

Fui porque tenía un trozo suelto de uña encarnada, el médico (yo no le llamaría así) me arrancó salvajemente todo un lado de la uña que no era necesario, aunque le dije que parara. ¡Aun así, el trozo que me dolía acabé arrancándolo yo misma en casa! Arrancó la uña sin necesidad, obsesionado con la cirugía. No me hizo caso cuando le pedí que parara, no me quitó el trozo que me dolía, sólo me hizo daño y me dañó la uña. Es torpe y no escucha a sus pacientes. No es un médico ni un cirujano, un pedicurista habría hecho un mejor trabajo.

Dr. Henne was wonderful. He was informative, Patient, understanding explained everything perfectly for me and his staff was great.
He also understood the urgency of my visit. I was a referral and his team scheduled me for a visit first thing the morning the following morning after the call from my primary.
He’s also such a caring Dr he gave me his number if I needed him.
I highly recommend him.

Dr. McGowan has great bedside manner, makes you feel very welcomed and keeps you updated with the process of what her treatment plan is going to be like for you and how long it could possibly take! I am always in and out for every appointment which is refreshing especially since I have a newborn at home.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Henne, and because the service was so good I would definitely go back. The staff were very professional and friendly. When I met with Dr. Henne, he knew right away what was wrong with my feet and explained what was happening as well as, what to do if I had any issues in the future. I am a type 1 diabetic. Foot problems are a major issue for us. Insurance allows people with diabetes to have their nails cut. My neighbor has lost all his toes (not a patient of Dr. McGowen), so I like that my feet are looked at every few months. The past visit, I had an ingrown toenail fixed.

Dr. McGowen is very thorough and has a great bedside manner. The office is efficiently run. They take me into the examination room within minutes of checking in. She is, by far, the only doctor I visit that sees you this quickly.

I highly recommend Dr. McGowen.

Wonderful experience with the Center for Ankle and Foot Care. Staff are all very professional and efficient and Dr. Mcgowan is awesome. She was so knowledgeable and patient and took the time to answer all my questions. I just moved to the area and I can say I have found my new podiatrist!
