From the time I entered the office to the time I left the entire staff was professional, kind, and compassionate.

My initial scan/ ultrasound was completed by Corey- He is the most gentle ultrasound tech ever! Corey made sure to identify himself and his purpose. I was more than comfortable with him during the process. He frequently asked if I was okay and was patient with me when I needed to reposition during the scan.

Randi was my medical assistant. I appreciated her bubbly personality during my appointment. She asked the necessary questions and was also very polite and professional.

Keisha prepped me for my procedure. She explained everything to me before my procedure. I had few questions about the timeline of the procedure and she was very knowledgeable and kind with her answers.

Wendy is the office manager and is the best! Very knowledgeable and kind. She keeps everything flowing in the office.

Dr. Moore is very knowledgeable in the field and explained everything clearly at my initial appointment. I had a list of questions and he answered every question. Not only did he answer my questions m, he also provided me with literature to take home.
Dr. Moore also has great bedside manners. During my procedure he engaged in casual conversation to keep my mind calm. But during the conversation as he needed to proceed with my procedure he made sure to make me aware of what was happening. “You’re going to feel a small stick here!” etc. Before I knew it the procedure was complete.

The only negative experience with my encounters with Dr. Moore and his staff was probably out of their control. They were out of stock of the particular stockings I needed after my procedure. But, Wendy placed an order for a pair and reassured me they would be in in a few days.

First time at this office and I can honestly say I received excellent service from everyone I encountered from the time I entered the office up until the time I left. I would definitely refer family and friends as well. The Technician that performed the Doppler (Lakeisha), the medical assistant (Randy), the very pleasant and patient lady at the front desk and Dr. Keith Moore provided outstanding medical services including explaining in detail with diagrams what procedures are available to me in regards to my medical issue. I highly recommend this location.

Since I'm still experiencing side effects over a year after treatment, I felt I should leave a review.

I went in for one thing, got imaging done, and a treatmeant plan was set up. I initially wasn't told of any side effects; so when I experienced some, I reported them. It was brushed off, and I was told to take an aspirin. At the end of the treatments, the initial reason I went hadn't been treated/addressed. When I brought this up, I was told that would be something completely different - a different treatment and additional costs. Imagine my confusion hearing this after multiple visits and thousands of dollars.

As I said before, it's been well over a year and still experiencing side effects that I NEVER had prior to receiving treatment here. Hoping I was a one off and that other patients have a more positive experience.

On the plus side, Wendy and Janaki are great.

The Center for Vein Restoration at Camp Creek was a wonderful spacious facility. Mr. Moore and the staff were very nice and supportive through the entire consultation and procedure. It is important to have the experience that I had there when you have additional challenges with anxiety, etc. Highly recommended!
