Dr. Fried, Z, my Nurse, and all office staff were friendly, professional and made me feel immediately comfortable. This was the right place for me to be to have my problem resolved. Always a little nervous and slightly fearfull of the unknown. Each step in my examination was explained to my satisfaction.
I am scheduled for surgery and although nervous, feel confident that the Center for Vein Restoration was again the right choice. I highly recommend Dr. Fried and his staff and look forward to a full recovery!

I came for a follow-up to my appointment last summer. The results showed improvement from wearing the support hose; however, some veins in my legs could be worked on. I decided to give the hose a longer trial. We agreed and I have an appointment next November 2025. Everyone was very pleasant, prompt and thorough.

Everyone is extremely pleasant but when it comes to explanation of what comes after the procedures EVERYONE is extremely difficult. They don’t tell you that you have to wear bandages for three days for every visit and don’t prepare you for the fact that they’re more than likely going to fall. When I mentioned I have to wear tight leggings to keep them up they said “yeah some people do that” WHY didn’t you prepare me for that. When I stepped out of the office and told you the bandage was falling and you readjusted it and then I went to the bathroom and it fell again and I said this isn’t working and you said “you’re just going to have to hold it up” When I called later that evening no one helped and going back for my next appointment and commenting about the leggings I hear “yeah some ppl do that” They don’t tell you you can’t lift anything for 7 days after each procedure. I wouldn’t have scheduled a SINGLE procedure if I had known. I asked about going swimming one person said you have to wait two days one person said 7. I still don’t have a good answer. It’s 100 degrees outside and I can’t go swimming, My leg is half wrapped in ace bandages, I’m wearing compression socks, leggings and jeans and they didn’t warn me and don’t have any other suggestions. When I said to the doctor that I have to lift heavy appliances for a living and have to lift over 20lbs he said something along the lines of “you’ll figure it out” and walked out of the room. What is this? This is not how you treat a patient, I called and asked questions. I’ve asked questions at every appointment. I asked why a catheter was being used and no one answered me. I’m just curious!! Like tell me what’s going on! And I get warned about a little pinch for numbing but not when I felt like a hole was being ripped in my leg. Honestly the more I type and see how long this is I realize what a terrible experience this has been! I forgot to mention the deer in a headlight look that I got when I asked for a note for work saying I couldn’t lift more than 20lbs for 7 days. It was like they’d never been asked that before. Does no one work for a living that goes there?!? After asking AGAIN they figured out the note. Then I asked what ambulate meant and again I got blank stares. Another thing to mention my first appointment taking me back to a room and they were like “here ya go” and I was like “I have no idea what’s going on” and they said “oh you gave to change …blah blah” I should’ve wrote everything down cause I know I’m forgetting things. Later today I will be cancelling my appointments that aren’t necessary for follow up which is something like 16 more appointments
Edit: just called and said “I’d like to cancel an appointment” person that answered the phone “ok the appointment is cancelled” me “which appointment did you cancel?” They answered “the 30th” me “well I’d like to keep my follow up but I want to cancel any further treatments” She took care of it but WHY would you cancel an appointment without asking what day?!? I had many more appointments! What in the world?!?!

Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was wonderful. The ultrasonographer had to listen to me ramble on and I accidentally cursed, out of frustration, in front of the doctor. Dr Fried was courteous and honest. Angie, the nurse was down to earth and didn't make me feel like she was trying to get me out of there..although I'm sure everyone was ready to go. A great experience all around. If ever needed, I would definitely go back.

Excellent service and I left there very well informed. Taken right back there was no waiting. The staff were very nice and took their time in care and explaining the process, after they told me the findings.

This place is wonderful! I would like to give a breakdown for those of you who have ever been disappointed in your care.
First, I was greeted by not one, but three ladies who were actually smiling! Customer care is very important to me because it lends to your perception of the whole experience. So a huge thumbs up!
The offices are clean, inviting and have a pleasant smell. This is important because it shows they care about both patients and staff.
Ethan was my technician, and he was amazing. Normally leery, I was at ease. You can always tell when an individual cares about what they do, and he does! And have you ever been on a table and looked up? Ever see stained, sagging ceiling tiles, cob webs and dirt!! Not here! Super grateful!
My nurse was great and the doctor was both kind and completely informative. I left understanding exactly what to expect from this visit, and for the next.
Checking out was painless, and again, I was given full instruction. And they’re SO NICE!
Thank you to the staff at CVR for everything
