Meredith started my first session by reassuring me that I will be improving by using the method that suits my pace.
Together and by applying her methods, slowly, I had less pain.
Meredith is focused, seasoned, and compassionate with a good bedsides manners. She cared about my time. It was also very necessary for me to get to my session in the late afternoons as my response to the session would be positive.
She understood my medical conditions and was considerate while doing the physical therapy manipulations during my session.

Meredith is amazing. You don’t feel like a number with her. She give me personalized attention when I messed up my knee running and gave me exercises to do after to prevent future injury. She knows what she’s doing and really cares about her clients. You’re not going to find this care anywhere else.

Amazing experience. Went in with muscle pain, extreme stiffness. Left with much better range of motion, less pain. Will be going back until my injury is healed. Very nice, knowledgeable PT. Highly recommended.
