I have been coming to see Dr.Goodman for quiet a few yers now with back problems and pain management and today was the first time I’ve ever had a rude staff person make me feel uncomfortable for being there. I was called to the back and there were people standing at the window in the walkway and i had to maneuver my way through the crowd to get to that side of the office which did’nt take but about 30 seconds . I get to the window and nobody was behind the counter so i opened the door and asked if they in fact called me. The nurse said yes but i’m with someone else now so go back and sit down! 😳 NO ONE was in there! I probably looked like a deer caught in headlights because this floored me. I was diligent on getting to the window and did my best to not make them wait on me . Im not one of those people that think everyone is on my time. The other nurse just looked at me and said come on back Mrs.Evans and told me that she was sorry for the other nurses rudeness. She was a very nice person and cares about us patients unlike the other one. The rude one was wearing a mask so i didn’t see her face. Most of us that come here can’t walk very fast anyway so how dare she act like that towards people that can barely get around!! It Is after all a PAIN MANAGEMENT facility.

I've been a patient there for a year now and I love it, The Dr. is wonderful and very attentive and caring and the staff is great. they do a great job and are so nice to the patients. some pain clinics are so rude and treat us like we are attics and all the years I've been going to pain clinics this one is the best ever and I want to thank them all for all they do. I reasonably went to my appointment and the DR.seamed in a bad mood started by saying I'm tired of getting notifications from medical insurances sending me letters about scripts for my patients and pharmacys CEOs.because I write a lot of scripts for my patients.and I asked why? and went on to say this is what you do for a living, and you are helping a lot of people and you must care about your patients to want to help them the way you are.and he replied I do do it because no one else wants to do it!! what got me was the way he said it in a very firm way.and a disgusting look on his face.that really shocked me. I always thought that Drs.liked being Drs and enjoyed what they do and care about their patients. I guess I was wrong.! I'm still in shock. I won't let him to talk to me like that again!! Because if he's miserable and he looks it every time I go there,he looks like he hates his job and that's too bad because he could have chosen another field as a Dr.taking care of very sick and disabled people he should have some empathy for his patients. My biggest concern is why does he do this type of job if he hates it so much? He's not pleasant at all, and hardly talks to his patients.

I totally love Dr Goodman as my pain management doctor he is very professional, he cares about his patients hard working I could not ask for a better doctor but his new nursing staff is down right rude and unprofessional I much rather deal with the old staff.

Dr. Smith is very good at what he do. He need to get a better staff. They feed him misinformation, they don't explain things well or ask why things as they appear. They stopped treating me because I had alcohol in my system when they did the drug tests. All they had to was ask why but they stopped treating me. The sent me a nasty letter in the mail, instead of talking face to face. Very unprofessional

Very Professional, and Dr. Smith actually cares. I am impressed with their understanding of multiple problems and worked with me to get a handle on them. It has been a long time since I wanted to get up and start my day.

Dr. Smith and his nurses are very much interested in helping his patients get best treatment. Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable and has a very kind doctor. He always takes the time to explain what he does and why. He also explains what is the cause of your problems and the path that he plans to take to get you feeling better. Love Dr. Smith, I don't plan on going anywhere else for treatment. Best pain doctor that I have ever been to. Highly recommended 👌

I went to this facility on Thursday, April 13, 2023 in Tifton, Georgia after traveling an hour and a half from my home town.Oh wow the experience with the staff and Dr. Smith was amazing.
It was well worth the traveling even though when I got there I had stiffen up. Everyone was so Professional and up to date on their job. Dr. Smith consultation was eye opening and Dr. Smith explain what can be done in details where I could understand it fully. He allowed me to talk and ask questions and he listened e responded with a understandable answer. Dr. Smith is a doctor that cares about his patients health. I give Dr. Smith a "A" and "100" any day of the year. Thanks so much Center's for Pain Managemt Staff and of course Dr. Smith.
