Services I received In physical and occupational therapy were good. Was told that I could not get home health since I would be going out to radiation. I am not driving . Weeks later nurse at Centerwell called and said I could be getting home services because going to radiation was a medical visit, but since I had stopped I would need a visit with primary doctor. If Lisa, occupational therapist, had not told me a could longer receive services since I was going to radiation, I would still be getting home services and would not need a primary care doctor visit. I asked Lisa why I could not get home services since radiation was a medical appointment at the time of her occupational therapy visit, and she said if I could get out of apartment to get to radiation I could go to outpatient therapy.
I am not driving and have gotten rides to get radiation treatments.

I’m a caretaker right now of a stroke victim. CenterWell has been a godsend. The PT & OT therapists work hard with the patient,& the social worker was very kind and supportive. You can call CenterWell 24 hrs a day if you need help with something. All the employees are caring and compassionate and make our day! We would be lost without their guidance and support.

CenterWell handled my post-surgery in-home physical therapy and did an excellent job. The PTs and OTs were very competent and personable. Appointments were easily scheduled in advance, everyone was on-time, and the sessions proceeded smoothly without interruption. Best of all, the staff were able to modify the program and tailor it to me and speed my recovery. It was an amazing experience.

I want to express our families gratitude towards the Centerwell Visiting Nurse's, Physical therapists and Occupational therapists and all CenterWell staff that we were in contact with who whole heartily cared for my mother the past couple of year's. They were kind, caring and so present in the moment, Alway's on and off the clock they responded and were there Alway's when needed. I wasn't easy to please when it came to her care. I demanded the best and without any question they delivered 💯% Alway's.
I highly recommend them on all levels. We will never forget their compassion and dedication.

All of the staff were very professional, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and accommodating during the time spent for my elderly mother. We enjoyed their assistance in getting her mobility back after her last hospital visit.

I really appreciated that Center Well came to my home since I wasn't able to drive.
All of the people that came to my home were very good! I did especially like Lisa OT. She always gave me tips on how I could do things to help myself. Maybe they weren't little tips, but they did make things easier.
