I had the pleasure of working with Kari, Jeremy, Lindsay, and Carla. They were all awesome and took the time to speak with the family and give ways to help with my mom's recovery. The social worker Alexis did nothing she said she world do. The one resources I was given for medications I never received a call back. She had a resources I was excited about and it would give me income as a family caregiver since my mom doesn't have Medicaid. I never got anything even after 2 requests. No communications unless you reach out after no hearing anything from her. ased on the above mentioned names 5 stars ⭐ given but for Alexis the social worker 1 🌟

My mother-in-law was recently hospitalized and underwent major, invasive surgery, which kept her in the hospital for a total of 11 days. The social worker from the hospital set her up with CenterWell Home Health, as she required assistance upon release. Two out of the four times the nurse was supposed to come, she’s been a no show, nor did we receive a call. This is beyond UNACCEPTABLE. To leave an elderly woman, who just underwent major surgery, unattended for the entire day is beyond negligent and is downright awful.

It was nice to have Center Well Home Health Care come to the house to check on my husband after he was discharged from the hospital. The nurses and physical therapist were pleasant and professional and we appreciated their help.

I was quite pleased with the service I received from the PT crew. I did not however receive any visits from your OT crew. I am also entitled to two more pt visits. I have not heard anything from your team.

Nirmela is by far the best nurse I've had in several years. She is prompt, conscientious, professional, possesses excellent skills, keeps needed supplies in stock & provides helpful info w/all questions & concerns. Have had 8-10 in-home nurses following multiple operations...Nirmela, in every way, is head & shoulders the finest have been blessed with. Would request Nirmela always.

I think with my Mom's care. Things could be very different. We need help in a multitude of ways but if no one offers were stuck. Things haven't been offered. I hope it gets better for this family.
