My mom is in assisted living. I asked that I was given a call after each visit to keep me updated of her progress. I choose to be very hands on with her care. I only got a couple of calls after I called their office and expressed my concern. Other than that the care they gave was fine.

I had centerwell for physical, occupational therapy and nurses. I'm a resent below the knee amputee without the help of Brent getting me up and learning to balance and walk I would be in my wheelchair all the time. And Danielle for occupational therapy teaching me how to get in and out of the shower and bed among other things. I would highly recommend Centerwell to anyone needing home health. Thank you for everything.

I could not have asked for a better therapist!! Monica was amazing! She knew how to motivate and guide me though each session. I was able to progress through the therapy even though I was still working a full time job. She listened and provided resolutions to my concerns. Monica is very attentive and goes above and beyond!! Centerwell would do well to recognize a cut above therapist! I wish Monica well!?

Staff was friendly and well experienced. Kathy enjoyed working with them. And I, being her caregiver know a couple of them personally. I worked with one and the wife of the other, so I know the are good people. We enjoyed seeing them each week.

I had an hip replacement, couldn’t move around too good but the nurses work with me with a lot of patients until they got me up and going. I would highly recommend them if my name is used and someone is need home physical therapy. Everyone treated me nice and highly respect. I was on time according to their time frames..

Friday July 7th I was being released from yalls care I'd been doing so good. I asked Shannon could we wait I had pneumonia. She said oh no I'm coming if it's ok we can't release u with pneumonia. She came right on. When she git here checked me she's u need to hospitalized. My daughter Hannah called an they talked, she tells Hannah who is on my paperwork to be able to talk to anyone cause of hippa. Oxygen levels when I moved around very little was 83 to 84, sitting it was 88 to 89. I said I'd drive myself they were both no. Hannah got my sister to come but it was going to be 30 minutes. Shannon (if I'm not mistaken)would not leave me. I insisted knowing I was going to mess up her schedule. She was adamant that she'd be ok but wasn't going anywhere. She was so kind an caring. Literally worried bout me. Hannah an her talked more her informing my nurse daughter of my condition. Hannah tells her my sister is less than 5 minutes away to get me. Then an only then could I get your precious nurse to leave me. She should be recognized for her compassion an being a very very thorough. I'll always be grateful to her an your company. All your staff are awesome caring professionals. Physical therapy guys were awesome. Brent is very great at his job. Does great work. He's very caring an concerned. Thank yall for helping me an taking such good care of me.
