I had to transition to another dentist office due to my dental insurance type no longer tied to my prior dentist office . My first experience at this office, a good year back was a little unsettling, the dynamic of this office, including staff is not what im use to, which was already a negative sign. I knew I needed to find yet another new office. I've been here 3x and today will be my final. I had some concerns & wanted to bring to the dentist attention. He directly told me there was nothing he could due for my concerns, but gave me a home remedy that I could have just looked up on Google. He also delivered this reply to me unprofessionally. I got up from chair laid back & told him.. I will be seeking another opinion on my concerns with my teeth I had came in for & I left office proudly.

I will definitely tell others to stay away from this strange office.

We have been going to Central Ohio Dental for over 30 years. Dr. Seghal and crew have taken excellent care of us. We especially like the fact that he does what needs to be done without pushing a lot of services that we don't really need. This helps make dentistry affordable for those of us on social security. We have had some bad experiences with other dentists but he does a great job of taking care of us.. We appreciate him very much and highly recommend him. He really knows his business and does it painlessly. The office staff is great and we have dealt with Heather for many years.

The frost desk staff members have always been professional and kind, and Dr. Sehgal is great! He makes everything as simple and easy as possible!

One thing I really enjoy is his calm demeanor. It helps relax me as well as others who share some fear of going to the dentist. He also talks you through what he is doing which helps you understand the procedure. I also find this calming.

When I first switched, I was terrified of the dentist's office and hadn't been in a handful of years. After making the switch, I am no longer fearful and come every 6 month for a cleaning!

My family has been going here for years. Dr. Seghal and his staff have always been pleasant to work with and they treat us like family. They have a new dentist, Dr. Gamby, who is phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this dental practice, they get you in for emergencies and they are open 7 days a week. This location definitely deserves a -1 rating. I had to change dentists due to my insurance, and this place was assigned to me. Upon arrival, it looked more like a restaurant than a dental office, which was confusing. During my first appointment, I had to wait for about an hour before being seen, which was disappointing. Although the doctor and assistant were kind, I can't forget the receptionist's behavior during my next appointment. She was rude and seemed exhausted, leaving a terrible first impression.

For my second appointment, I received no reminders, causing me to forget until the day of, resulting in a cancellation. When I called to inquire about the lack of reminders, the same rude and tired receptionist handled my query. Despite the need for two cleanings within the year, I couldn't book another appointment for two months, which was frustrating. Even with today's appointment, I didn't receive a reminder call, adding to the ongoing issues. I've had enough and plan to switch dentists immediately, either through my job's options or by paying out of pocket at Polaris Dental, a place I initially loved and didn't want to leave. I definitely wouldn't recommend this current place to anyone.
