Can't say enough great things about Chapman Ortho! We appreciated his honesty when we took our teenager for a braces consult and he told us to come back in a year. We came back a year later and have since completed braces. The entire experience was 5+ star.... ease of booking appointments, minimal to no waiting time in the office, no billing issues, ease to walk/drive to Middle or High School, and most importantly our son has a beautiful smile. We plan to take our daughter later this year. Highly recommend Dr. Chapman! Don't waste your time anywhere else!

visited Chapman Ortho to adjust my decade-old retainers. Making an appointment was easy, the paperwork was simple and the staff was kind. I had to bring my small children with me and they had plenty of toys and books in the waiting room. They were so welcoming to them, which was such a relief as a parent.

I thought I would have to go through the process of redoing them since the fit became painful, but Dr. Chapman was able to quickly adjust the fit in a matter of minutes and save me the trouble and cost of redoing everything. He was personable, ethical and knowledgeable. I feel confident in returning myself or sending my children to see Dr. Chapman when the time comes. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about the entire staff and Dr. Chapman! I needed to have my permanent retainer put back on and the office staff was amazing. They got me in immediately and were so amazing! My kids are too young for braces yet but when we need them we will definitely be back to see Dr. Chapman.

I first visited Dr. Chapman after researching multiple orthodontists... the others were in sales mode telling me my child needed phase 1 braces right away. Dr. Chapman told me it was best to wait, come back in 6 months and see how things look then. We returned in 6 months and at that time he recommended braces, but only one phase not 2. I was impressed that he did not push for extra, unnecessary services and expense.

My kids have been seeing him for about a year and a half now and we love him and the staff. They are super friendly, always accommodating on time and appointments, the kids usually get in early, and best of all he greets me after every appointment and tells me what he did that day, what the plan is for the next visit, etc... I've referred close friends to him and will continue to do so. By the way, the location is great as it's right by the elementary, middle, and high school which makes appointments and school easy to manage.

Dr. Chapman is awesome and the office staff is super friendly. I was very impressed with the personal attention that I got at his office. I never had to wait at any of my appointments, I was seated and attended to quickly, but never felt rushed. I also was very appreciative of how quickly I got my braces off. I was expecting to have them on much longer, now that I look back it wasn't long at all. My mother-in-law did Invisalign and it took her almost three years. The traditional braces with Dr. Chapman took a third of that. Thanks Dr. Chapman and staff, what a great experience! I highly recommend Chapman Orthodontics!
