My family was in need of a new dental facility that would welcome everyone and handle the braces for our children. That was over a dozen years ago! Dr. Ross and his dental team have always treated us with respect and given top notch care. They are up to date on the latest treatments and dental news, their offices are always clean and beautifully decorated. I love the family atmosphere and friendly faces! I couldn't ask for a better bunch to help us keep our teeth and gums in great shape.

I was a patient of Dr. Ross from childhood until early 20s. The staff here, aside from Lisa who is extremely pleasant, is rude and motivated by money. I voiced my concerns to my mother years ago, but she didn’t take my concerns seriously until she began having concerns of her own. Thankfully, as an adult, I am able to receive services elsewhere. I received orthodontics from Dr. Ross as a teen and, while my teeth have spaced due to lack of retainer wear, this is not a service that I would recommend receiving either. I have jaw issues in adulthood (TMJ/TMD), and it’s of no coincidence. I would highly recommend that you get a second opinion if possible before becoming a patient of this practice or receiving any major dental work.

Dr. Ross was our family Dentist for over 20 years he was the best. Sad that he retired🥺 him and his staff did a phenomenal job every time we went. Coming back to finish off my dentistry work with the fam.💗

I have been going to Dr. Ross since I was a child. My first concern was I have a gap and I don’t even think my front two teeth were ready to be pulled but Dr. Ross pulled them both at the same time and has always pressured me about closing my gap telling me over time it would get wider. I often asked Dr. Ross if it was any other option to closing my gap than traditional braces , and I was hoping they he did resin bonding but he encouraged me that I had to get the skin removed that kept my gap open first which my Medicare at the time didn’t cover because it was considered cosmetic more than a medical reason. I also remember a time that Dr. Ross insisted that I need a spacer towards my back teeth so my teeth wouldn’t pushed together that was painful and he threw down the spaced after resizing because it wouldn’t fit but noticed that I became frighten and told me that he wasn’t mad at me he was mad because the spacer would not fit properly. I told my mom and I ended up not going to Dr. Ross got quite sometime. I am now 24 years old and I had a tooth come out on the right side , I didn’t even know that doctor Ross had completely fixed that tooth with what I believe a filler to make it appear to be a tooth but it wasn’t. That tooth had no base or anything so once it came out that was it. Save your self if you can !

I was told I had cavities and was concerned bc I didn’t have them at a previous dentist. I went and received a second opinion and they even had me call Dr. Ross’s office and ask what tooth number had the cavity’s because the X-rays showed no cavities. The second opinion dentist told me he just didn’t see any tooth decay. I was very concerned and paid out of pocket to see a third dentist and X-rays revealed NO CAVITIES! I do not trust Dr. Ross and highly suggest to anyone that uses him to get a second opinion before agreeing to any work done by him.

For over 30 years Dr. Ross has been our family dentist. My mother discovered Dr. Ross when we moved to the United States from Jamaica. Dr. Ross' office in Miami was a staple of the community. Those of you in Georgia are fortune to have him. His is a trusted professional that has excellent medical demeanor and expertise. Dr. Ross thank you for your service and thank you for taking the tears out of dentistry since 1981. If anyone in your family continues your profession please provide me with thier information so I can share it with my children.

Do not even think about visiting this place. I used to be a patient here, and highly suspect Dr. Ross of giving me unnecessary fillings to make more money. He is also rude and has no respect or patience for uninsured patients, even those experiencing dental emergencies. Basically, all he cares about is making money, regardless of what’s best for his patients.
