Dr. Glenn and Dr. English are they best there are in the whole south east region. I’ve had many doctors in Georgia and Tennessee and I’d book a flight to come see Dr.Glenn and Dr. English. I highly recommend. If something is ever wrong or you feel something is wrong in any kind of way Dr. Glenn will most certainly take care of you! I highly recommend Chateau Foot and Ankle. You WILL be taken care of. The whole team at the office will literally bend over backwards to make sure you’re good. The whole team there is always pleasant and always greets you and checks on you weather you’re in with them or not. Thank you Chateau Foot and Ankle team ?

We had a great experience! The receptionists, nurses & Dr. English were amazing. I walked in behind an older gentleman who thought he had an appointment that day but he didn’t. Dr. English overheard the receptionist ask if he’d like to make an appointment and she told him she would squeeze him in right then. That speaks volumes to me! She really cares for her patients and it shows!

I had a fractured foot. I ended up fracturing both feet about a year after that. One of the doctors said it was unusual and suspected it might be an autoimmune disease. She would see me back in a month for an x-ray and and give me a referral to a rheumatologist. I didn't see that doctor at tge follow up because she was out of the office. I wouldn't have made the appointment otherwise. The other doctor was annoyed that I wanted the one who had been treating me. I said I would wait. Her response was that patients don't have the luxury to choose doctors in the practice. Lady, I'm the one paying your salary!! In the middle of all this, the door to my visit is wide open. And the front office lady with the blonde bouffant and pear shaped body runs in, sticks her face in and asks the doctor if she needs help. Get out!! Doesn't concern you!! This doctor FIRED ME AS A PATIENT because I had tge audacity to ask for the doctor I preferred.

Guess what? The original dr wss right. I do have RA. And that joker doctor who fired me didn't read the notes and asked why I was even there. Who was the good dr? I blocked it out because I was so appalled and upset.

It's been a while but I'm still having trouble with my feet and don't have a podiatrist. They came up in my search and I don't write reviews but I'm still baffled I was treated that way. Don't go here.

Very professional experience with this practice. Assistant helped at first and gathered all the necessary reasons why I made an appointment. Dr English came in and examined my foot then told me what was wrong and how to treat the situation. All done with knowledge and smiles. Happy I made this appointment.
