I really am impressed! I had to bring my 3 yr old granddaughter with me and I ended up having to get X-rays. The staff was beyond nice and was extremely kind and helpful while I was seen. What a great experience!

Very nice doctor. I felt he listened and understood what was happening with my hands. He offered solutions and genuinely concerned about finding an solution to my problem. Definitely will see him again.
The wait time was longer than anticipated even though I did the online check in. A co-pay was needed which was the opposite when completing the information online.
Communication was impressive with the text reminders of appointment, directions and arrival.

This review is for the Physical Therapy center in Richmond Hill - not for the surgery center in Savannah, where I underwent knee replacement surgery. The surgery center is amazing and I would give them 100 stars if I could.

I am still recovering from the damage done by the Physical Therapy center for Chatham Ortho in Richmond Hill. Derek, the manager there is wonderful, professional, and brought much success to my recovery. The other physical therapist, Madeline (not sure how she spells her name), worked with me on my last therapy visit. My knee replacement surgery went perfectly, but I had not yet been able to achieve a 90 degree flex on the knee - so Madeline put me on the table and with no warm up nor warning grabbed my ankle and slammed it against the back of my thigh to force the flex. I screamed out in shock and pain, begging her to let go of my ankle. She refused for quite some time. Finally, she let go and when I was able to move, I walked out. This was in March, and I still cringe when I think about it. My new PT got me through much of the residual pain I was feeling, and hopefully I'll be off my cane soon. No thanks to Madeline. I only hope she has an inkling of the damage she did to my knee, and has asked for better training.

I’ve heard such good things from my orthopedic back doctor, so was looking forward to finding help with my trigger finger in both hands. The receptionist was so thoughtful and kind. I waited an hour with a migraine (didn’t want to miss my appointment) and she went back 2 times telling the doctor I had been there over an hour with a migraine, and she said she would see me, but didn’t, although there were no other patients. Another patient came in and they took her in. The receptionist couldn’t understand and went back the 3rd time. They finally called me into the room after an hour and 20 minutes, saying she would be right in. . We sat for another 15 minutes before my husband asked how long it would be. Some nurse said she went to see another patient and did not know how long she would be! She said there was nothing she could do, even although they said she would see us now. She said there were only two hand doctors, so it was busy. I mentioned the one doctor was a pediatric hand doctor and there were just adults that went in since my 1:30 appointment. Her response was” if you don’t want to wait, make another appointment”. Not very nice. I was seeing Paige, a NP, which I suggest not seeing. The receptionist was so nice and made another appointment for 2 weeks later. My pain was over a month, so she found another appointment the next week. She couldn’t understand what was happening. Looking forward to having my hands fixed! Left at 3:15 for a 1:30 appointment.

Dr. Noonberg is amazing! He explained everything first using medical terminology then he explained it to me in layman terms! He also named each body and modeled how the joints are supposed to work and how my parts are performing! Fantastic doctor!
