Update: This office just keeps getting better! Dr. McQueen is amazing!!!!!!! She makes the kids and parents alike love going to the dentist!
This place was incredible! From the iPads in the lobby to the flat screen tvs above every chair. Then both the hygienist and doctor were amazing with my daughter. Very impressed by this place. Thanks for making this dentist visit so enjoyable.Dr. McQueen is amazing she always has a smile and very joyful every time.

Absolutely the best children’s dentist my family has ever gone to. My daughter has never let a dentist look at her teeth and she was completely comfortable with the dentist here. She was completely comforted by his approach and no tears were shed.

Dr. Morgan and his staff are hands down the best! My children look forward to their visits. This office has never had an off day. They are always so pleasant and I have never felt rushed. Very clean. Very professional. They go above and beyond to cater towards the young patients they treat. A good dentist is so important and I feel so lucky to have found the perfect practice for my children.

My son had such a comfortable experience today! The hygienist for my 3 year old did such a good job of explaining the instruments that would be used, and that made him so confident moving forward. She asked him fun questions and put on his favorite TV show. It’s the little things at this age that make a big difference in their confidence going to the dentist in the future. I definitely appreciate the effort that this practice takes

Today was my 3 year old sons first visit. When we came in and they asked him to get in the big chair, he was immediately scared. They did not push him or try to persuade him, they simply said - no problem. Let’s get a room for you both where he can be more comfortable. We went in, and sat in normal chairs. He got to brush a stuffed Dino’s teeth while he got comfortable. The dentist came in and was lovely from the start. She asks my son if he like Spider-Man (his favorite), pulls out a spiderman toothbrush and he was excited! She was so warm, and sang nursery songs while he laid on a “boogie board” over our laps. He had a fantastic first experience and said he can’t wait to go again! Thank you so much, the whole team here is wonderful

We have been patients for years but it is very hard to get ahold of anyone here. No one answers the phone. You have to leave a message and then wait and keep your phone nearby to make sure and answer when they call back. It has also been very difficult to make an appointment. They are booking 9+ months out because they have “so many new patients and people moving here.” At our last cleaning they said they didn’t know the schedule yet and to call and check periodically if it’s available. When I finally got through they gave us an appt 11 months later. On top of that, when we went to the appt my kiddo was scolded for not brushing well enough and not coming in sooner for a cleaning! After that appt they said they will “wait list” us for the next cleaning appt. What does that even mean We have spent thousands of dollars here (yes thousands, they push dental work on baby teeth with anesthesia which I am now reconsidering) to not even be able to get a follow up appt. I think it’s time to find a new dentist that cares about their patients a little more. It feels like they want to get you in for the big bucks and then push you aside for new people.
