Though the Hudson Bridge location is closer, we were able to be seen a lot sooner to get my daughter's leg cast.
Everyone was fun and polite. They joked appropriately and gave a wealth of information and options to make us feel seen, heard and in control.
My two year old enjoyed her time, received a beautiful sparkling pink cast and was able to walk out of their after not being able to walk for a week.

We have used Children's Orthopedics for 22 years with several children. From extremely serious surgeries to minor aches and have been well pleased. We have also used several different physicians in the group as well as different locations since we had to have surgeries at CHOA. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend them!

This was the only place within a 100 miles of my city that would not only take my daughter’s insurance, also took same day appointment. My daughter had a non sports injury. The staff was friendly, super helpful, and the doctor explained in great detail the reason of her random knee pains. I also like the app. It allows you to do all paper work before hand. And yes mask are still required. If this location wasn’t super far, I would come back for my daughter’s PT.

Great place. Dr. Miller took good care of my daughter and have very good explanation of what he thought was going on. He ordered an mri to confirm for next steps in the treatment process. As a parent with many years of experience advocating for my children it puts me at peace when I don’t have to work as hard to make sure my children get the care they need.

Nothing but good things to say about the staff here at Children 's Ortho in Fayetteville.

Last year, when my daughter broke her right arm, we came here and had a very pleasant experience. This year, we returned when she broke her left arm. Maria, the tech that did her cast, was very kind, friendly, and she knew what she was doing. Her cast was done on Friday.

However, over the weekend, I noticed that my daughter's hand was incredibly swollen -- so much so that I panicked, and I asked to get in touch with the on-call surgeon. Dr. Anthony Egger called me within 30 minutes and informed me that some swelling is normal and to keep her arm elevated above her heart. I agreed but asked if I could text a picture so he could double-check if everything looked fine. He gave me his personal number and told him to send a picture there. After reviewing the pictures, he told me that the cast seemed a little tight and that I should come into the clinic the following business day to have it valved (cut to make it looser). He also reached out to the team to let them know that I would be coming in.

Upon our arrival at the clinic, we got to work with the lovely Ms. Maria again. She cut the cast and left us in the room for about 20 minutes to see if the swelling would go down. It didn't improve much, so she just cut it off and redid it completely, and we went home with no issues.

But the part that makes these guys sooo amazing is that both Dr. Egger and Maria called and texted to follow up on my daughter's arm -- to make sure that all was well. That was sooo special and appreciated.

If your child ever breaks anything, don't hesitate to bring them here. The staff is attentive, friendly, and they truly care about their patients.
