Moved to area, had prior dentist(s) send records to Choice one. I verified with both past dentists emails wire sent. Choice one never received records, they say Had both sent from two separate dentists. Called next day and had 2 records emailed direct to me instead......A few days later Choice one says they never received anything from me...LOL I canceled appointment after hearing this. I can't image having them work on my teeth when they can't even figure out how to open emails!

Amazing staff - who care about each patient, great docs and team who are alert to issues and glad to share dental tips w anyone who will just pay attention. As a long term dental phobia patient, they were as gentle as possible w me so I left, not in tears, but totally happy I found them!
