Dr Rowlett is very knowledgeable and explains everything so well. I have all faith in him. You do have to see a nurse practitioner at times but if you are having specific issues, he will be the one you see. I never wait in the lobby over 10 min except for one time in 5 years I have been seeing Dr Rowlett.

Nursing staff is wonderful. I was there for diabetic foot exam, which was done. I however mentioned concerns of feeling I was experiencing bouts of neuropathy, which I have never been diagnosed with. I was just going on info I had heard it was. He responded yeah, that was the worst part of his job and that was it. I was disappointed he didn't ask more questions, or confirm if I had it, something like that. So I was very disappointed in the whole appointment.

I first became a patient of Dr. Rowlett in 2016 when a doctor friend of mine recommended him for my plantar facciitis. He did her surgery, and she highly recommended him. He did my surgery in 2017, and I came through it with flying colors! I liked the fact that he did small incisions on both sides of my heel and inserted a rod to pull back the soft tissue to get to the problem area. He performed the surgery beautifully, and I had minimal pain and an easier recovery because of that. Fast forward to 2024, and I have a Morton's neuroma in my right foot. He treated that with steroid shots on two separate occasions to ease the pain, but it didn't make it go away, so now I will be having surgery later this month. He was great at explaining everything, and I feel totally prepared for this upcoming surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Rowlett for any of your podiatry needs!!!
