This location is my first time getting an eye exam in the US, and I am grateful to say that Dr. Anderson is the best! His explanation is easy to understand, which shows he is a very patient-focused doctor and tries his very best to meet patient needs. Would likely pay a visit here again for a consultation before the annual exam appointment. Also huge credits to other employees who helped me with the procedure to and from the exam room. Great hospitality.

Dr. Anderson and team are amazing! They are fun, professional, and made the process easy. Dr. Anderson did an excellent job explaining my results and options without any pressure towards one decision or the other. His recommendations were spot on and not over prescribed.

When I went back to pick out frames, the team was amazing. I had a few questions that they expertly answered before I started. When I described what I was looking for, they brought out boxes of sport and safety glasses frames in addition to the selection on the wall. They left me alone to explore and try on glasses, checking in occasionally. there was no sales pressure.

Although places like Costco get recommendations online for the cheapest frames, I found the options at Clarkson Eyecare with insurance and other discounts they offered to be very competitive. Even better, I'm very happy with the lens options and recommendations they made. I wanted safety glasses, and they had many options and could put the lenses in any of the frames I selected.

Compared to Costco and Sam's club, I prefered Clarkson's selections and support and will definitely by future glasses from them. They're included warranty is absolutely amazing. Get your primary glasses here.

I have lived in over a dozen states and 4 countries.
This entire practice from my first phone call which was totally professional.
Then arriving to meet a beautiful and knowledgeable front office staff along with Isaac and Jennifer, I hope 🤞 I got those names right.
This eye 👁️ practice has raised the bar.
I would not think of going anywhere else.

I’ve been seeing Dr Andersen for many years for any eye care I’ve needed. I am disappointed that I wasn’t able to update my prescription for glasses with clearer vision especially for my right eye. I don’t mind buying new frames, but would love an improved lens prescription to go with new frames. Apparently I’ve reached a plateau.

I am 84 yrs old diabetic and have been a longtime patient at Clarkson eye clinic since 1980 and always received wonderful care.
Dr Anderson and staff have helped me maintain my eye sight and I am very grateful to have had the long relationship with them. They have helped me find a retinologist who is able to keep my vision with glasses at 20/20. I visit this office twice a year and consider it a blessing to be cared for by Dr Anderson.

I went to Clarkson eye clinic because they are in network. I liked how the Dr. explained my beginning stages of cataract. I also liked the machine that took pictures of back of eye instead of dilation. But in the end of how much you have to pay was eye opening. I never had to pay as much co pay in my 12 years on Medicare. It was reevaluated and I had to pay less than original fee, but I don't get it. But the girls the next day took off the extended warranty and they were very professional.

I called clinic to see if my glasses were ready. The girl checked and said your glasses are here. I didn't receive call or was notified at all. I have had better service elsewhere, and less expensive fees. I will not be coming back next year.

I am very disappointed after my last visit. I have been a client over ten years and love Dr. Anderson. At my last visit, I was charged for things I did not approve, and sent additional billing for $229 (this after paying $283 at the time of service). After talking to my insurance company, I discovered the additional charges, and I will not be returning.
