Clauss orthodontics goes the extra mile. They are so professional. The offices both in Middlebury and Watertown, CT are so clean and everyone is super friendly. Had an appointment today for my son. When we arrived, they asked if we had seen the eclipse and gave us special glasses to view it. My son and I feel very much at home there. Thanks for providing a great service and wonderful care.

Dr. Clauss and his team were wonderful to work with. They answered my questions and explained things. They listened to any concerns I had and acted upon them. The office is very clean and professional. It is well run, appointments are easy to make, and the appointment remind system is great. I felt very cared for. They go the extra mile and add cute touches like raffles and decorating for the seasons. My teeth came out looking great! I would highly recommend going to ClaussOrthodontics!

The staff are a well oiled machine. They are all very efficient. It's also important for us parents and patients to be on time. The staff can be far more efficient and accommodating if we also stay on schedule. My son was quite honest that he was "resigned" to needing braces but by the time we left his initial consult he was certainly more encouraged and that is because of the care and attention from the staff.
