Visits to Dr Oliver have always (20 years) been a pleasant experience, first for my husband and then for myself. Dr Oliver is just the best and his office crew is just as good. The front desk person who answers the phone and does check-in is always so chipper, so warm and so welcoming, unlike so many other medical offices. Dr Oliver is full service and I like not having to go elsewhere for supportive services related to my hearing.

Great team that quickly got me in for an appointment and also quickly saw and treated me. Was about 45min in the office with new patient paper work and talking with the PA about recommendations for my issue. The ladies the office were super sweet in general, so I'd definitely recommend the Pooler location.

My husband had his first visit with Dr Oliver today and we were very pleased. The office staff was very nice. Initially we waited in the exam room for a good while, but after Dr Oliver spent as much time as necessary to exam and go over the history and symptoms with my husband, we were okay with waiting. He was very kind, personable and explained everything well. He took time to really listen, also. We are very hopeful he’ll be able to help my husband.

The PA Amanda was very knowledgeable about the ear and nose. Amanda was very pleasant and told me everything but didn't tell me the antibiotic name. The front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. The nurse was very sweet and personable. The lady who scheduled the hearing test was very nice. I highly recommend this office for all your hearing needs.

I saw Amanda Lowe. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She made sure I understood exactly what was going on with me and how her recommended treatment would work not just for now but in the long run. She didn't just push medication on me without making sure I understood and was comfortable with the treatment plan. She was very detailed in her descriptions and did not rush to get out of the room. That's what most doctors & PA's do. I like her and would strongly recommend her.
