My wife hurt her foot and was able to get an appointment quickly! The doctor was friendly and informative and the office staff was concerned for her comfort, helpful, and friendly as well. I waited in their comfortable and quiet waiting area.

I called twice to confirm he could help me with what I needed and twice the front desk girl said yes. If he can’t up sell you extra services, meds, inserts he has no reason to see you. Absolutely the biggest waste of my time. He for not hear one thing I said. I am going to go so far as to ask my insurance company to review and drop him from the list of providers

When you walk in to the office, it is beautifully decorated and makes you feel very welcome. Every staff member I’ve encountered has been friendly, helpful and caring. All of the doctors are extremely knowledgeable and explain everything in detail. They don’t overbook their schedules as most every doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend this office to anyone not wanting to feel like just another number. They genuinely care about their patients at Coastal Foot and Ankle Wellness Center.

This office is amazing! As soon as you walk in, you feel at home. First, the decor and music is very welcoming. Staff is happy and professional. My experience with Joy and Amy, made me feel that they cared. All the staff is amazing!
Doctor Ivankiv helped me get to a point, with my foot, that I can walk better now, than I did when I first entered the office.

We have been patients in the office for a long time. I got used to them trying to sell us something every time we went there for an appointment. We've had a problem with fraudulent billing that we resolved with our insurance. The final straw were the vicious anti-semitic remarks that spewed from Concha's mouth last Thursday. We Won't Return There!

Unbelievable in a good way! Aside from their ability to diagnose and treat issues, one can call the office and speak to a human that is competent and compassionate! Able to schedule appointments and be seen in a timely manner AND their office/waiting room is clean and comfortable.

I have been seen by both Dr. Johnson and Dr. Concha. Both of them are such wonderful doctors. They really listen to you and unlike other podiatrists I've seen, they are really down to earth and you can talk to them. I've experienced a lot of nerve pain and balance issues since going thru chemo and radiation and they've both given excellent care. I've known them for nearly two decades and I could not more highly recommend them.
[Wanting to give full disclosure, I have been the Practice Mgr for these doctors for over 18 years. I also think it speaks volumes of the character of both of the doctors that the majority of our staff have been here for 10+ years. They are genuinely two of the best people I've ever known].
