Samantha and Amanda W were delightful. They opened the gorgeous facility for us on a Saturday and were so pleasant. The staff treated my daughter with dignity and kindness. The only issue we have is the billing office calling at 5pm the night before dropping a large copay bomb. That’s just cruel. Not a lot of folks have big dollars at the ready—allow them some time to make a plan. Otherwise our visit was a pleasure. Thank you, Coastal!

My husband's thumb near the base was hurting for about 3 months. He finally called into Coastal for an appointment. They had a cancellation that same day and asked him if he could come in 2 hours later from his call at the SR 64 location.
He was very impressed from start to finish. The staff was very courteous, professional, and accommodating. His PA was Danielle Monroe PA-C and she was very good! She explained everything and had a good bedside manner, sort of speak. She diagnosed the issue right away. Gave him a shot at the base of his thumb that wasn't very painful at all. She said it should take about 2 days to a week for the pain to subside. (That was yesterday and already starting to feel better!)
Also Jeremy Moore that fitted him with small brace for his hand was equally accommodating. Great service!

Awesome as always! Ricky Woods is excellent. Very professional and shares his knowledge to help improve your movement abilities. His enjoys his job from his interactions. The front desk also are exceptional. It’s nice they get to know you and not a number. Highly recommend Coastal PT ?

Lisa, is an amazing customer service staff member, who is known for her genuine patience, warmth, and kindness towards Coastal Orthopedic patients. She went above and beyond to ensure that I can stick to a regular schedule with just one physical therapist. Otherwise, I'd be getting treated by absolutely different physical therapists throughout my prescribed plan if I chose the alternative option. Prioritizing quality and consistency can have a more significant impact. Although physical therapists are great note-takers, switching between them introduces a lack of familiarity and takes time out of the treatment session. Often, patients have to start over by reintroducing themselves, their problem, and recaping their current treatment and progress. Also, physical therapist treat pathology in different ways and techniques. The approach taken by one physical therapist on my last visit may have really helped. Seeing someone else every visit will stop and start different techniques so how will you know which is most effective? Is that getting you better faster? Thank you Lisa for helping me obtain consistent treatment.

My physical therapy journey started in January with the replacement surgery of my left knee and continued with my new right knee surgery in July. I am so grateful for the best treatment anybody could receive. Starting with Samantha at the front desk, who always greeted me with a smile and went out of her way to find appointments with my therapist that were sometimes impossible to find. If she wasn’t at her desk when I arrived whoever sitting there was always friendly and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I cannot think Samantha and the rest of the support staff enough.

Then there is Wayne who has been my main therapist through my journey. He has worked with me through both knees. His sense of humor made all the hard and sometimes painful, work, fun. He is always positive, cheerful, and seem to know just how far I could go at each session. Some days I just didn’t want to go to therapy but I went and I always felt much better and hopeful thanks to his encouragement by the time I got done. All of the therapy staff I had contact with were supportive and helpful. I’m at the end of my therapy now and I am grateful how far I have come.

It hasn’t been easy but thanks to my surgeon, Dr. Cashen, his team, and the physical therapy department I look forward to a full and active life again.

Thank you too at front desk for being able to schedule all of my upcoming appointments and being flexible. Excellent place for treatment and my interactive home exercise program combined.
