WORST DR. EXPERIENCE EVER! The lack of communication and competence in the office was epic! I definitely do not recommend Dr. Riggle! They definitely do NOT care about their patients in this entire office! They strung me along for months with absolutely zero care provided. They never followed through on something as simple as a sleep study. This has been the most unprofessional experience ever. Breath equals life and if you want to live, I would not recommend going to this office. Remember you’re valuable and you deserve better care! That I assure, you will NOT get here!

Dr. Riggle is worth the wait. She is thoughtful, thorough, and explains complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand. She has excellent bedside manner and inspires confidence with her detailed plan of care. She made sure to answer all of our questions, and gave a recap at the end of a complex appointment.

I was referred to Dr Riggle for follow up care after being in the hospital. I left 4 messages to schedule an appointment over several days, and to this day have not received a call back. This morning I called to talk to the operator and again, voicemail. How can a doctors office not return calls when they have a patient that needs to see them? Not very professional in my opinion

Very poor communication with this office. They don’t return phone calls and play games with their patients. Communication is ALWAYS relayed to the point of messages being scrambled and very delayed. I have been told one thing by the doctor and then another by his nurses who relay the messages. Let’s put it this way, if you need medical supplies or meds plan no less than a week and a half to hear back, if you hear back. I have been told from a nurse in confidence that they “could be fired for saying this, but I suggest to find a new provider since none of your needs are being met in a timely fashion, and you keep having trouble with receiving care from us and requests for your supplies, you’re not the first person who has these issues.”
I have actually heard a member of their staff yelling loudly at a patient through their paper-thin walls, which was unsettling. (The patient wasn’t the one raising their voice.)
The location is good, but not worth the awful communication and poor service. This is definitely not a place I would suggest anyone to receive CARE. Just expect the run around and conflicting information from all of the links in the chain of communication. Their office staff/reception has improved greatly since I first started going there, but that’s just the front end of this practice.

Dr Riggle and her staff are excellent! Dr Riggle is very thorough with her patients, is courteous, responsive and caring. Her staff returns phone calls and takes care of what you need. I highly recommend Dr Riggle as your next pulmonologist.
