Dr. Miller was a provider for me I haven't seen him in years, but still think about my experience with him, but not in a good way. I can't continue to stay silent about how he made me feel.

I saw him after a car accident and was not doing well, for obvious reasons. I was a highly active small business owner whose business involved an incredible level of physical activity that I wasn't able to do post accident.

I saw him for several visits, desperate to get help with my pain and we did explore many options.

When I saw him, I was very distressed because I made a nearly full time job of trying to recover from my accident. I tried almost everything. I was in PT, seeing chiro, getting medical massage of multiple types, going to neuro, mental health help, etc.

I was seeing lots of providers, working hard by the estimates of every other person on my care team.

I would go to his office begging to get proper pain management and he shifted the blame back on me.

I wanted help with my pain so I could focus more on the other areas of my recovery. When you're in pain, it's distracting and energy depleting, making every aspect of your life harder.

He said that he couldn't help me until I got my mental health under control. I told him that it was hard to get other areas of my recovery over control while I'm still in excruciating pain.....

I felt gaslit, and like he was telling me it was my fault my pain wasn't being controlled.

I'm honestly still outraged because I've since found sympathetic providers who listen and are on your side, who don't blame you for your struggles.

I am constantly complimented by friends and providers for how resilient I am, and how hard I work to grow and improve myself.

Dr. Miller left me feeling guilty, powerless, ashamed, at fault, like I wasn't trying hard enough, horrible, not cared about or for....

My experience with him was inexcusable, and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

My accident was not my fault, but it's helped me find my voice and I'm using it tell the world about how my visits with him went. They were negative and traumatizing.

I was in pain in every way imaginable, and he made it WORSE.

This place is horrible! Starting with the rude front desk women. The "Doctor" I saw was a complete jerk. He was rude, and extremely condescending and clearly does not care at all about the patients well being. He rushed my whole visit, wouldn't let me address any concerns, and even tried to push me back to work, even though the last doctor I saw as well as the physical therapist AND the spine specialist all agreed the best thing is for me to take time off work in order to actually heal. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH MY HEALTHCARE AT ALL!

The staff member named Jan won't accept any information from me and was rude about cash pay. I said just tell me what private insurance works best for them and I will get it but that brought on a whole new onslaught of rude and indication that my life is worth nothing to them. It sounds like they don't have appointments any time soon. Jan was insistent she could not speak to me, only to a Dr. A Dr. contacted her for the referral information she demanded. Both I and the Dr's office were clear about the chronic pain. After weeks of not hearing from this place, I called to see what was going on even though I was told by Jan never to contact them. She claimed they called "several times" and left messages but my call log shows no calls from them and no messages. Today Jan said they cannot treat chronic pain. She should have said that from day one. It was a waste of the Dr's time and resources to fax her referral information when she already knew they could not take me as a patient.

I would like to give this place a 0 star for how unprofessional this place is, especially the staff member named Regina who is rude. How do treat the patients with so much disrespect and get away with it. I highly recommend anyone who wants to come here to go to somewhere else. It took them a week to return her phone call in regards to a rash that developed after taking the medicine this Doctor prescribed. The phone call was a waste of time because Regina (office staff) had no answers for her. Told my Mom she needed to make another appointment to see the Doctor knowing that she already has an appointment with him next week to get her procedure done. Even after all this nonsense my Mom was nice of enough to even say thank you for calling her back. Regina decided that she was better than that and hung up on my Mom. How do you call yourself professional and work for someone who is suppose to care for their patients? Not his place, they seem to think they get away with mistreating their patients and not do their job professionally. It's people like this who makes patients feel as though they are not important enough. I can guarantee my Mom will never come back to this place because of the staff (specifically Regina). Please take your business elsewhere, go with a place that has a respectful staff who actually cares about you.

Front desk was very polite. Dr Lawrence lesnak should call his profession over. No bed side manners, rude, unfriendly and definitely not there for the patient and their needs. His mannerisms and behavior show he’s not in it for the patient but the money in his wallet. A title has gone too far to his head, being arrogant and lacks any and all respect for anyone around him. I hope one day soon for future patients, he learns that health care is the most selfless job you can have and others come before you in that profession.

I do not understand all the bad reviews, the staff has been wonderful. They are friendly, polite, professional, and have brought a smile to my face both times I have been in. Dr Reinhard has been incredible. He has set me up with everything I need to recover from being hit by a car. He is kind and thorough. I highly recommend these wonderful people, especially if you've been in an accident. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

I love this place especially Nurse Practitioner, Don Fresques. He takes time to listen and explain everything that I don’t understand with regard to my treatment without getting impatient or rude. He treats you as one of his family members or friends instead of a just a patient. I also love his assistant Becky, she is like my sister from another mother. She tries to treat everyone with respect even if they don’t always respect her. Becky is very knowledgeable just like Dr Don. (even though he is not a doctor he might as well be, so I call him my dr) Although Becky is very busy, she finds the time to help you with whatever you are concerned about and even if it takes a couple of days to get back with you (which she states in her voice mail that she can’t always answer promptly) she doesn’t ignore or forget about your needs no matter how small they may seem. Becky is on a well deserved vacation this week and I miss her because I had a problem and I know she knows how to get me a response or an answer. I don’t know about the other doctors in this practice but Don NP and Becky are my recommendations if you’re looking for great pain management. Now with the current opioid crisis they got to war with the insurance companies to get the medication you need but sometimes as a patient we also have to fight the insurance companies along with them by also contacting them on our own behalf. Sometimes people get upset if they have to wait too long to be seen but you have to remember they are not wasting time they are giving the other patients just like yourself time to explain their pain levels and needs just like you do when you are being seen. I hate doctors that only give you fifteen minutes per appointment. This makes me feel like I’m just a number and they are trying to see how many patients they can push thru in one day. Good caregivers are hard to find. Today they have more work to do in less time and less pay. Thank you Don and Becky!
