Had altitude sickness. Last year paid $150 in Breckenridge at an amazing clinic. Treated with care and respect. This place charged me $5,000. Stuck me in a room for 3 hours. Had to keep asking them to remove the IV so I could leave. Treatment was 1 bag of saline, 1 Zofran for nausea, and oxygen. The bill was $5000. BEWARE!!!

We came to Keystone from Daphne, AL. My 10 year old son started showing signs of a cold the day we started our trip… cough kept getting worse and we brought him into the clinic. Everyone was excellent, and made us feel at ease. Drs Crumpton and Will and nurses Zack and a female nurse (I did not get her name) were excellent. I run EDs and UCs back home, and you guys were great! Thank you!

If you're a company charging customers that are injured, you might as well treat them with respect before and *after* their visit. Now a question for the management at Keystone Mountain: if you think that charging exorbitant prices for services that should only cost around $150 - 500, than how the hell are you creating good customer service? Healthcare (especially after a serious or deadly accident I might add) is an absolute necessity, it is not privilege. You're out of your mind if you think that charging this amount of money is a good idea. Oh and by the way, your responses are lazy AF. We can all see you copy & paste the same generic response to all of the people who have written actual responses here, voicing their concerns. This is quite frankly very insulting to people who have trusted you to care for them.

My experience at the walk-in clinic in Keystone was exceptional. My daughter fell ill with strep throat while on vacation and began throwing up as soon as we walked in. The staff immediately sprang into action, ensuring she was taken care of promptly and efficiently. Their level of care and compassion was truly remarkable. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. A huge thank you to all the staff who went above and beyond to make us feel supported and cared for. My heart was filled with gratitude for their exceptional service.

BEWARE. These people are thieves. My son twisted his knee skiing but I didn't know the extent of the injury and he was skied down to this clinic. The staff was fine, this is not their fault. It took a very long time for him to be seen by the doctor and by that time he was acting much better and trying to get out of bed. We left without any services, not even an X-ray or Ibuprofen, just an ice pack. I got the bill today and they charged $3400 to our insurance company and we owe $2,300 of that. For an ice pack! The most outrageously charged ice pack ever. I feel very bad for everyone this clinic must take financial advantage of. Unless you really need help and can't get off the mountain without going to this ER please don't go.

This is our family's third visit to the mountain clinics. This time my son-in-law. Ski patroller Lane was a good driver. Nurses Miranda, Ali, and Nick were phenomenal. Dr. Johnson was professional and courteous. Adele at the front was helpful with arranging a shuttle. The billing is difficult to understand but the staff have always been clear to address the facility as an emergency room when we come in with ski patrol. Y'all do need to work on billing tactics, but I also feel people that come in don't bother to read the forms.

I had such a great experience here. Everyone was so nice, the wait was short, and the doctor I was was respectful, thorough, and really helped me deal with a terrible allergic reaction.
