I recently had the opportunity to experience physical therapy at Compass Physical Therapy, LLC from March to July 2024 due to bilateral knee replacements. I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience. This was not the first time I got to see them, I was seen a few years back for my knees in their Monroe Clinic. Compass uses cutting edge equipment such as a zero gravity treadmill (I had no idea those existed). I was very excited that they had opened an additional branch in Bethlehem.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by all of the staff who were not only friendly but also highly professional. The therapists at are clearly experts in their field.

The care I received was top-notch. The therapists tailored each session to my specific needs, ensuring that I made progress with every visit. They were attentive to my concerns and adjusted the therapy as necessary to optimize results. I always felt like I was in good hands with each visit. Compass has a way a making you feel like you are part of a family. I am happy I met my goals but sad I will not see them 3 times a week. I would recommend them to everyone.

From the time you walk in and are greeted by the reception area , with excellent customer service , until you leave , this is the place and group you want to be with . After a nasty fall, waiting 2 weeks for shoulder surgery and then 2 weeks for my physical therapy order, I started PT at Compass with Mitch. He carefully evaluated my injury and told me I needed 3-4 sessions each week to catch up and gain as much mobility as possible. Mitch explains everything honestly as he works and has worked diligently. My progress has been amazing and I could not ask for a better place or DPT! John is great and so is everyone I’ve met. Christine always greets you with a smile and encouragement. Very thankful I came to the BEST!! As a follow-up and much study and dedication from Mitch, my shoulder is pain free and regained strength and mobility. Highly recommend this team!

Compass Physical Therapy is a great place to recover your strength after total knee replacement surgery. I’ve had outstanding results following the recommendations of their qualified staff! The group is both friendly and knowledgeable. They care about your progress and follow up with you. Their encouragement assisted me with increased mobility and flexibility. Within 3 months I was able to walk totally unassisted without a limp. After 4 months I navigated stairs without walking in tandem! I am pleased with my results as I continue to make progress. From cheerful Christine greeting me at the door. To Mitch, Glenn, Tyler, Hannah and Chris taking wonderful care of me. Compass has been extremely beneficial for my full recovery! In 2023 where almost everything is automated and most are in a hurry and impatient, I was fortunate to be referred to Compass Physical Therapy in Monroe, Ga. When I called, I was shocked to have a live person answer the phone. There was no push 2 or 8 or whatever, but instead this sweet voice was extremely accommodating in setting up my first appointment. Fast forward to the therapists who are a group of extremely educated, well trained, experienced, and competent individuals who really care about the reason you are there. Each and every one of them have worked tirelessly to help me obtain great results. Compass is not your average medical facility, they are a family to each other and to their patients. You are greeted by name, and treated with upmost respect. I am blessed to have this team working with me.

This is, by far, the best place to go in the Monroe area if you need any type of physical therapy! Everyone here is caring, kind, skilled, uplifting, and just plain fun to be around. The atmosphere makes you feel almost like family! Hannah is my favorite therapist, and she also does dry needling, which has been a tremendous help with my back issues. Whether you're young, old, or somewhere in between, I highly recommend Compass PT!!!

It was a great experience. My wife fractured her pelvic and had surgery. They have been so compassionate and patient with her. We highly recommend this group. Mitch, Heather, Tyler, John and Dylan have all worked with her in the last 6 months. Mitch was wonderful getting her on a program that we knew from the start it would take 6 to 12 months to get better. It seem like a close family to her. I the mean time had issues with my back and they were such an awesome group to work with. Christina the scheduler was top notch. We would highly recommend this group in Monroe.
