Seeing my 1 1/2 year x-rays were shocking. Watching the progress was important as I was wondering if this was working and it is. I'm glad I continued coming and doing the work.

I started coming to CSS to address lower back pain and since starting my treatment I’ve been feeling so much better. Not only is my lower back pain greatly reduced, I’ve experienced an improvement in overall mood and I can physically feel the correction of my spine from my treatment plan and exercises. I often feel uncomfortable with new people but everyone at CSS is so friendly and welcoming that I became comfortable very quickly. The energy there is so uplifting and supportive and I cannot recommend them enough!!

Rude, unprofessional, and childish are words that come to mind when reflecting on my only interaction with this company. I feel sorry for their employees if they cannot tolerate someone being 2 minutes late for an appointment due to technical difficulties. Insane.

Edit to response: Nowhere did I state I was a patient. Professionalism goes beyond just how you treat your patients; you should also be professional in your dealings with your own employees, as well as potential future employees who have dedicated the time to apply for a position and prepare for an interview.

As for my interaction with you, I hold to the fact that I was not late. I was on my phone ready to sign in for nearly fifteen minutes before our scheduled time. Only when I clicked the link to sign in was I met with a notice to update the app which I did. I was on the call in 2 minutes time - not late but withheld due to unforeseen technical difficulties. This could easily have been explained, and even if it had been deemed impermissible on your part, that could have been communicated. Instead however your representative (and that's what they are, someone representing your company) chose to sit in awkward silence for 60 seconds and then end the call without explanation, and wait for me to reach out via email before bothering to explain what happened. Never was I given a chance to explain myself. Over 2 minutes of time. That is unacceptably rude and unprofessional and yes, childish. Sorry but my review stands. If you don't like that, you should reflect on your choice of hiring agency and the way they treat potential employees because treating someone like they don't deserve being spoken to because of a 2 minute error caused by technical difficulty is pathetic. Do better.

I love this team. It is not your typical chiropractic practice. Less than one percent of chiropractors in the US use the process of customized home and office exercises, adjustment, and traction. The practice historically shows at least 75% improvement to their patient’s spinal alignment. Try them out and then stick with it as I have for the past 8 years.

Me Fred cooper I was afraid to get a chiropractor, until I met some people that went to complete spine solutions, this company has changed my life, I’ve been bent over so long, trying to figure out a way to straighten my back up, this team here is incredible. Got me standing 2 Inches taller now. God is great and his company is good. I don’t think I ever want to stop coming here cause I feel great. If anybody is looking for a chiropractor this is the spot to go to I highly recommend them ❤️
