This is a busy practice- which tells you something about the expertise. Amber and Kaylee at the front desk were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful to me and another patient that was there without their insurance proof. They made it work so that the other patient was able to see the Doctor for a critical need, even though it created work for them. Dr. Branch was thorough, explaining everything about my case and treatment; and I am recovering nicely with a combo of medication and daily exercises he recommended.

I saw Dr. Banch for the first time 2 weeks ago. I left his office feeling lots better. He gave me two prescriptions to try. The first one has worked so well, I haven't tried the other. Thank you so much!

I just want to start off by saying hands down best doctors office I have ever been to. I would like to give a special shout to Amber and Kaylee for making my visit fun, easy, and quick. They were both so nice, friendly and helpful. They made me feel some comfortable being it was my first time having a procedure done. I will definitely be back and referring anyone here that needs any ankle or foot work done. Thank you lady’s for everything you do. I truly appreciate your service !!!!!!

Dr. Branch, Kailie and Amber have answered all of of our questions and have explored all avenues to expedite the wound healing process. Find else where to be treated. Had to pay 400 upfront before being seen by the doctor. Left with no type of diagnosis and medication that does not help with pain.

I just had a terrible experience with this practice. My son had a wart frozen off his foot, and we were charged a $150 co pay. I had the same exact thing done for my other son earlier this year at a different place and it was $40 per visit. When I raised this issue, they did t seem very interested, but did call the insurance company again to check. But they didn’t check with the doctor when there was some confusion about how the procedure was coded and what the doctor actually did. They very obviously didn’t want to help and were quite rude. I cancelled the follow up appointment and will not return to this practice.

They charged way too much!! I had an ankle fracture, they sold me a boot for $150, but the price online is only $50!
I was also diagnosed incorrectly. The x-ray taken was kind of blurry, showing there was no displacement, but in fact there is (took a new x-ray somewhere else). I will never go back again!
