They are all very professional. The entire staff do all they can to make you comfortable, and Dr P really knows what to do to help with pain. I highly recommend their services. Charmaine & Karen are absolutely the very best. Leigh ain’t so bad herself.Tony and Madison and Kortni are always great. Also the young ladies at front desk are the sweetest.

I had been seeing them for almost two years. I didn’t as for special favors. I went in and saw the nurse practitioner and got my prescription. Never even knew the doctor. They wanted to keep doing injections and after 6 I no longer wanted that route since they weren’t wrking and cause weight gain. Very Vindictive doctors is in it for the money and his nurse practitioner! I refused to get more steroid injections in my neck and asked about surgery. Before I left that day, my pain management had been discontinued without warning after two years and I had been locked out and got no heads up or reason why! The nurse practitioner didn’t even have the guts to tell me in person! They locked me out like a dog and sent someone else to do her dirty work! Steroid injections don’t work for everyone, including me! And I most certainly don’t want anybody messing around my spine over and over again if it won’t help. I’ve informed her of this at every appointment! Maybe I should have informed her of how they didn’t wear gloves when I had my shoulder injectioned, not even when they took blood! They fumbled around the spot as if they didn’t know what they were doing during the injection and I just can’t have that level of incompetence when dealing with my body! As a medical professional, I was taught to do no harm! What were they taught? My way or the highway! O yea, hardly any of the staff seems to care! Also I wasn’t given any guidance after being on pain management for two years! I think that’s a dangerous practice to drop a patient with no warning! No pain management plan and no courtesy to give a reason why. I thought we were supposed to work together. Since my accident I’ve lost the ability to walk and still had to Uber over an hour to them and they didn’t think I was worth treatment.

The staff were very caring. They worked to squeeze me in for an appointment as a new patient. They also helped to make sure all my paperwork for FMLA was in order. We never felt rushed or like we were just a number.

I had my first appointment for pain management with Kortni on 10/11. She & the rest of the Staff were very attentive to my pain issues, listened to everything I was explaining to them about my issues and were very thorough about what my pain management path looks like.

She offered information as well that will help me with my weight issue, which will help in the success of my treatments and future surgery to repair my lumbar back issue. My husband and I are impressed so far with the care & knowledge that I received during my first visit.
