I couldn't possibly extend enough kudos in this review to accurately describe how impressed I have been with Connect PT.

I'm a 65 year old male. I have had serious back problems dating back to 1992 and have been through countless rounds of physical therapy with sub-par providers. Most have left me feeling like a cow being led through a chute of mindless, impersonal and mostly unsupervised exercise routines with the end result being less than optimal.
I have had 3 lumbar fusions and, most recently, been diagnosed with DISH.
Then...I came to Connect PT. Totally different vibe from the very first consult with Maryann. The approach to my rehab was extremely professional, very personal and tailored to my needs at that time, resulting in a successful recovery.
Years later, another surgery led me to treat with Amber.. Again, the plan was very thoughtful and specific to my needs and executed in the most professional and personal way. Detailed and adjusted on a daily basis with a positive outcome always the top priority.

Recently, I was diagnosed with DISH, a debilitating and very painful disease that causes bone and tissue to auto fuse. I needed Connect PT, once again. I was a bit concerned when I found out that neither Maryann or Amber would be available to assist in my needs. I honestly thought "OK, they are growing their business and the level of care might have suffered"...I could not have been more wrong!
My care was placed in the more than competent hands of Rachel, who, not only erased any concern I may have had but continues to impress me with the vast amount of knowledge she possess regardless of any question I may have regarding my condition, as it relates to DISH or my health, in general.
Rachel is one Smart and VERY CARING young lady! The results I have had and the degree of pain relief I've experienced in just a few weeks are amazing. Each session is started with a thoughtful, honest question & answer to see how I'm feeling after the last session which determines how the day's routine will unfold. Rachel doesn't push me. Rachel makes me want to push myself! That, is how I'm going to improve my life! Thank You, Rachel!

DISH will be with me for the rest of my life as there is no cure. Knowing this sent me to a very dark place with little hope as it affects every aspect of my life from here forward.That being said, I do not take the level of care I need lightly as my life, and the quality thereof literally, depends on it.
I cannot imagine being in better hands to improve my quality of life.
Being paired with Rachel has given me hope in my darkest time. Thank You, Rachel. Keep making me want to push a little harder!!

Each year since Connect Physical opened in 2018, they have earned the distinction of being the best Physical Therapy Provider every year ! The physical therapists at Connect Physical are top-notch ! I’ve been to at least 5 other physical therapy centers, but Connect Physical’s treatments & standards are far above their competitors. They make each person feel valued by providing individualized treatment programs with follow-up exercises to do at home. All the equipment & therapy tables are kept very clean ! Even the pillowcases are freshly laundered right there on the premises, so each person has a clean pillowcase for their treatment.

When I have an issue that needs addressing, they adjust my Plan of Care accordingly. I love all the therapists at Connect. Kallie is my primary girl and she fixed my back pretty quickly. My neck is another issue that is going to take a lot more work and she does a great job trying to get it move correctly.The fact that it is at my gym is definitely a plus.

I just wanted to thank Dr. Marisa Castiglia for getting me in tip top shape for an Alaska vacation. I had fallen on ice and couldn't perform the simplest tasks without pain. Everyone from the front desk to the therapists were so friendly, knowledgeable and empathetic. I was able to do everything I wanted: hiked a glacier, hiked trails in Denali, sat comfortably on long plane and train rides. I highly recommend this practice!
