Doctor Jesse is a great and honest doctor. Very caring and concerned about your back. Well bedside manners and really sits and listen to what you have to say about your back . I saw many doctors who wanted to do surgery just because they only think about money. He suggested to me to try two epidurals injection and wait to see if the herniated disc had dried up on its own. I’m completely healing without a surgery.

DR Eisner was recommended to me by a fellow associate, I was due for a surgery on Oct. 28th and needed a second opinion. The office made the time for me to come in on short notice. I was a little concerned about the surgery I had scheduled because it was so invasive. I'm 63 and I was a bit scared , especially since it involved two surgeries in 1 week, I had faith in the current surgeon just doubts about the surgery. Dr Eisner explained the surgery to me, and also gave me a less invasive option. He was very informative as well as making me feel at ease with any decision I was going to make. Very caring. Needless to say going with his approach. So happy he was recommended to me.

Connecticut Back Center helped "Straighten" me out. It was a lengthy process, which was the course of treatment I chose to take. I chose to start with some non-invasive approaches to see if it would help remedy the situation. Of course the insurance carrier I had at the time would not approve and MRI (for what, maybe $1,000 at most?). Once the MRI was approved it showed the extent of the damage and required surgery. The surgery went well although it was a longer recovery period than I thought it would be. Almost 2 years later and the issues have been mostly resolved. I had a follow-up visit with Andrew Gregory to review my progress and the (relatively minor) issues that I've been experiencing (mainly resulting from arthritic conditions due to age). Andrew recommended a Chiropractor, I've had 4 visits and I am seeing modest improvement in the pain and range of motion. I'm confident that I will continue to make progress with the assistance of the Chiropractor to relieve the achiness and get to a point where I'm not experiencing everyday lower back pain. I feel that Andrew's recommendation will help me get back to being relatively pain free (and I can get back to my normal lifestyle activities).

Very happy with my care. I was seeing a doctor before who was pushing narcotics that I wasn't comfortable with. I recieved an injection a few weeks ago here that is helping my pain be more manageable. I feel listened to and would definitely recommend anyone who has back or neck issues to come here.

I developed right leg pain so bad, I was walking like a spider! Tried massage, acupuncture, and other treatments. Finally went to CT. Back Center at the recommendation of my PCP. Got X-Rays and MRI, then after review, got the cortisone shot. The shot worked great, but I knew the spine damage extent from the MRI. Knowing the shot would eventually wear off, I decided to proceed with surgery and had the 4th/5th lumbar disks fused along with L1 through L5 nerve relief from bulging disks. The surgery went well and my stay at the Hartford Bone and Joint Institute was great! Recovery at first was painful, as expected, but soon I was up and walking. Each day got progressively better. Within about 4 weeks, I was walking with a group of guys on the Airline Trail!

The procedure was a total success and I am very pleased with the results.
