I had such wonderful care by Dr.segeesi. He was so supportive and kind. He is a very talented surgeon. Georgia, his assistant was fabulous. Both made a very anxious patient feel so much better. Thank you to the whole team. First day out and almost pain free. Wonderful!

I recently had a severely cracked tooth that needed to be extracted, and I cannot recommend Dr. Brett and his team at CT Max enough. I was extremely nervous about the procedure and asked if I could be sedated before the extraction. Dr. Brett Weyman and his team immediately put me at ease.

Dr. Brett Weyman is the kind of professional who takes the extra time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring you feel relaxed and informed. His expertise and gentle approach made a world of difference. Not only did the procedure go smoothly, but my recovery was incredibly fast as well.

Whether it's a tooth extraction or any other dental procedure, I highly recommend Dr. Brett Weyman for his exceptional care and professionalism. I feel so comfortable and relaxed in his hands, and I am truly grateful for the outstanding service provided by CT Max, Dr. Brett Weyman , and his entire team.

Thank you so much for making a daunting experience so positive!

If you are in search of the LEAST compassionate oral surgeon's office with a LESS than caring and filled with "I don't really care" attitude staff .... This is your office!

I brought my son to the Wethersfield location to have 4 wisdom teeth extracted at 9:00 am. He is 19 so I did not go in with him, nor was I ever asked if I had any questions or concerns. Not only 15 minutes later I hear my son moaning and wincing in pain. I had to tap on the window to the receptionist and said, " I am pretty sure that I can hear my son, in pain". She tried to tell me that the I was hearing the suction machine. I said "No, that's my son!" She then said "Well, I will go see if he's ok. She closed the window on me, but I slid it back open to see where she went. She pretended to go to the room to check on him, but she did NOT! She came back to the window and said " yes, he's ok." I didn't say anything about seeing her walk to the door and back but never go into the room or even open the door to the room. My son was now quite so I waited a few more minutes. I thought maybe they had given him something more. I then heard him again this time extremely loud. I knocked on the window again and said, " OK now this is unacceptable, and they need to give him something more- he is clearly feeling this procedure!" This time, she did go in the room and came back to me and said "They are almost done. That tooth was really impacted." This is strange because the x-rays prior to this at the pre-op consolation did not show impaction.

At about 9:50 am I was called to receive the post op instructions from the women who the Dr referred to as "his assistant". I don't know her name because she never introduced herself. Again, very cold delivery of instructions and when I asked a question regarding the gauze, she spoke over me. By this point, I just wanted to get my son home.

When it was time to leave, I was instructed to go out and move my car to the front and they would meet me out there. This woman, the assistant, brought my post-surgery son down from the third floor, in the elevator, by herself. She is small in stature, so I questioned the safety of this because, although my son is not a big person....this is NOT a safe practice for their patients nor for her!

At about 2:30 in the afternoon, my son woke up in excruciating pain and concerned because he thought his stitched came out. He had taken the 600mg ibuprofen, as they directed, as soon as we got home (about 10:30) and then at 2:30 he took the prescribed pain med. Because he was in so much pain and worried about sutures, I called the Wethersfield office.

Again, I am not sure who I was speaking with because no one ever seems to introduce themselves, not even the surgeon, post op, when he entered the room. But the women I spoke to would not allow me to speak and she would (like the assistant) constantly talk over me. When I said " We did everything you are saying and what I am saying is ..." She cut me off and very nasty, said " Right, what I AM SAYING is..." To which, I hung up the phone.

There is not much that can be done at this point. And unfortunately, I have to give it 1 star for this to post. They made sure they collected every penny before they would even come out to get my son from the waiting room. Wish I had read the reviews prior to choosing them, money seems to be their driver. But the teeth were extracted -so there's that!

I immediately contacted our family dental practice to let them know of our experience and that they certainly should NOT be recommending any of their patients to this practice. And they provided me with sound and compassionate medical advice. I will be sure to place this review everywhere and anywhere I can, I work in a large, local, hospital, and I will share this story every chance I get. I hope that by doing so, I will save some one (or their loved one) from a terrible experience.

Absolutely horrendous. My husband got an extraction, anesthetic was improperly applied and he was SCREAMING in pain. I called and they GASLIT me completely saying he was just out of it from the gas. COMPLETELY untrue, he confirmed it was agonizing. This was a year or so ago and I’m still angry about the experience.

I heard my husband begging for them to stop the procedure and they didn’t. Completely unethical.

I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed on Friday, had no blood or excessive swelling at all. I was 100% pain free by Sunday. I even had to get my mom to verify that I did, in fact, get all 4 removed, since I had no pain on the top teeth. This place is amazing! 100% recommend!

If you're going to be coming here, Dr. Staslusis is the one to see! Oh my goodness, I cannot tell you how great my experience was. I had had tooth removals elsewhere and they were horrific; Everything from the pain, to the procedure itself was just subpar. Going in, I was a bit apprehensive because again, my past experiences had not been great. Dr. Staslusis made my experience less about pain or discomfort, and more about being as normal an experience as anything. It was quick, easy and never uncomfortable. I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes, and one of the removals was a wisdom teeth! I am barely bleeding and eating like normal only 2 hours later. I am so glad that I was referred to him 🙂 Great customer service, professional and extremely skilled at his job!

My daughter , 9 , was being sent there from her primary dentist due to an adult tooth coming in and her baby tooth not being loose. The visit was suppose to be a "consultation " to determine next steps. My husband was told to head right over and they were going to call me ASAP to go over her significant medical history and the reasons why laughing gas and general anesthesia are not an option for her and what would be. As well as determine if she needed antibiotics for her gum. I had to call them, the first woman I spoke to was trying to help me, put me on hold stated she was speaking to the dentist, got back on the phone and gave me some crazy options I again told her could not work bc of my daughter's medical history and I was told the dentist was going to call me and I really wanted to speak with them prior to them seeing my child. Then another very very rude woman got on the phone and began to tell me how this visit was not a consultation and they would be removing her tooth and if laughing gas is something she could not have they would "SIMPLY NUMB THE AREA, IF SHE WOULD COOPERATE" , I'M sorry say what!! She is 9 That is not what I am bringing her there for and nor is that what is safe given her history. I again ask to speak to the dentist, I was then denied and told no because she was not a patient, to not bring her in, as they would not see her because we were not in network. At that point she hung up on me.
They are very unprofessional and clearly think pulling a child's tooth out with out parental permission is ok.
I am sickened to see how they treat parents who are looking to go there for help. They were not even willing to offer suggestions of places to go or what can be done to help.
They were rude and highly disrespectful to a distraught mom looking to get her daughter help. I would say don't go.
