Dr. Mercer is the kind of doctor who is caring and compassionate, yet extremely professional and knowledgeable. I could have gone with any other doctor once my former doctor retired, but decided to stay on and I’m so glad I did. She has been a great primary care doctor and I plan on sticking with her for a very long time. ( I can’t leave this review before mentioning her nurse. She also is qualified, capable, and caring. Plus she always tries to answer the MyChart app messages in a timely manner.) Great job ladies and thanks for being great team!!!

My appointment with Dr Mercer was great. I did not feel rushed although I’m sure my appointment was much longer than scheduled. She takes her time to share her knowledge and recommendations to answer all of my questions, which I had plenty of. I highly recommend Dr Mercer.

Great experience! Being an RN and coming from NY I am not impressed easily. Dr. Connie Mercer is extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. She truly cares about her patients well-being. Her office staff are so nice. I was impressed.

Dr. Mercer is an amazing doctor. After 12 years, my primary doctor had left the practice. They assigned me Dr. Mercer as the replacement for my primary doctor. I was a little nervous about starting over with a new doctor who knew nothing about me as I'm a stage 4 cancer patient. Very much to my surprise when Dr. Mercer came into the room she had thoroughly reviewed my charts and knew all about me. Her understanding of what I'm going through was amazing. This Doctor is full of compassion and listened to everything I had to say. She listened without interruption and with a caring attitude. She took her time with me and never felt rushed. Before I left, I had actually felt good, mentally. (As a terminal patient those times are few). She encouraged me and was so positive. Upon my leaving she asked if she could hug me and I absolutely said yes! I'm so happy that she is with Orlando Health and even more glad our paths crossed. I would highly recommend her and the office. Her staff was just as amazing as she was!

Dr. Mercer is an excellent physician. She is a highly professional and extremely knowledgeable practitioner. Her ability to communicate and understand the patients issues and problems is absolutely outstanding. In my many years with family practitioners, I would rate her as the best. I highly recommend her to all who are looking for a family physician, as she is superb.

Very pleased With Dr. Mercer, she has been very helpful getting me back in shape with different procedures that I was lacking. For instance my bones scan for osteoporosis. And referring me to a Dr for my sciatic. She’s very patient and caring

This was my first visit with Dr. Mercer and she took her time to get to know me and understand my concerns. She is a good listener and answers all questions in a clear and concise manner. As a retired nurse, communication is very important to me and finding a physician who takes the time to listen and actually address concerns is difficult to find. I look forward to having Dr. Mercer in my corner for my health care needs.

Dr Mercer is excellent in her position as a Primary Care doctor!!! My husband and I feel so fortunate to have her for our health provider. She listens to our concerns and offers sound advice. She also has a vast network of specialists to recommend, if needed.
The staff works well together and are very efficient in making appointments, helping with refills of prescriptions, and scheduling tests.
Our visits feel like we are visiting with a good friend. Going to a doctor's appointment can't get any better than that!
