Extremely rude staff. My husband (an established patient) was running late to a sick visit and he told them so. They told him to hurry up and hung up on him. He did hurry and when he got there they were rude about it and wouldn't let him in to his appointment. There was one other person in the waiting room. I called to ask if he could be seen later that day and they also hung up on me.

I used to go here and saw Dr Jensen . He was a great doctor . However I got divorced and moved . A bill was sent to an old address and I didn’t recieve it . It was for less than 25.00 . The bill became past due as I didn’t see the doctor but every 6 months . They because of the past due bill the doctor refused to see me on my next visit due to non payment . I explained the circumstances to the nurse who then spoke to the doctor and they refused to see me any further . And dropped me as a patient . This was a few years ago maybe 6-7 years . Haven’t heard from them since until today with an automated reminder to make appointment on my cell phone . lol I will not be returning . Thank you

I have been going to Cornerstone for several years now, primarily have been seen by Dr. Ta but have also seen Dr. Jensen. Every time I have gone I am seen with promptness and with every visit both the providers and staff have been welcoming, personable and I have always left feeling that my needs have been met. Their new location is beautiful as well! So glad to have this wonderful practice in our Dalton community!!

My mother is battling Alzheimer’s Dementia
She has been seeing one of the MD’s at this practice
My complaint is about this MD’s Medical assistant Brittany, she is a nasty argumentative and power hungry little person
She intentionally will not pass along multiple messages, she actually stated all messages go thru her. Please ! Brittany, Certified Medical Assistant
You’re not that important!
Not myself nor this practice and certainly not my mother, needs this fool in control of anything, especially the care of a complex diagnosis like Alzheimer’s Dementia
I have submitted major complaint to the Practice Administrator.
Despite Brittany saying she’s not there and not ever in the office Will see about that

I have been going to this practice going on a few years now. The whole time going here I have seen Jenna Barnes! She is GREAT and truly loves and takes such good care of her patients. I would have stopped going there a long time ago if it weren’t for Jenna. She’s the ONLY reason I go there anymore.
The past few times I have been to Cornerstone, Glenda Wilson the female who works front desk at the office has been extremely rude to me. So much that I have wanted to leave Cornerstone and never come back but again, I come back not for anybody else or anything but my provider. The last time I went I was told that I owed a balance of like $200 something not much but okay I still owed. My dad had been going through some health issues and we had been having to get off work and drive back and forth to Florida so I didn’t have the money to pay it that day. The female, Glenda, at the front desk was very rude and told me that I couldn’t be seen because I owed a balance and I offered to pay a little on the balance, and I did but she still continued to tell me that I still couldn’t be seen. She made a huge scene and then called my physician over there to her desk. My physician, Jenna, being the GREAT physician she is told Glenda at the front desk that she would still see me and Glenda then started to give my physician a heck of a time about saying she would see me.
I still was seen this day, and wanted to leave but my physician and nurse are the only reason I stayed because, SHE and her nurse ACTUALLY CARE and are VERY NICE to patients unlike the front desk female, Glenda, & the rest of the office staff. After the appointment was over, I called the office to make a complaint about the front office female and of course the phone went to voicemail.
I left a very detailed voicemail telling about my experience and how rude Glenda was and asked for a call back. Gave my number, name, everything they needed to know and NEVER GOT A CALL BACK and the female STILL works there and I believe never got a talking to or anything.
Today 12/27/23 I called the office because I needed to be seen by my physician Jenna due to some health stuff I have going on and of course, yet again, the front office person who answered was Glenda. She began to tell me that because that balance got turned over to collections that I could not be seen at Cornerstone anymore and would have to find another provider… stated that I had a balance of $180 turned over to collections. To me that’s not a lot to pay and should’ve never been turned over but whatever, it is what it is. I continued to talk to her and ask her if I payed the balance when I come to an appointment if I could be seen and continue going there and yet again this time she was RUDE AGAIN🙃. She was rude and said no that I could not be seen anymore by cornerstone because I got turned over to collections.
I know of several people who have owed balances at their physicians office and this same office and have been turned over to collections and STILL WERE SEEN!!
I am extremely fed up with this place because of the front office female, Glenda. She should be professional and willing to help her patients out but instead chooses to be RUDE EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. She will be the reason this place doesn’t have any patients anymore.
Almost all the other reviews are about this SAME INDIVIDUAL. You’d think once they had so many complaints that they’d fire her and get rid of her but they have yet to do so. I am tired of coming in time in and time out and getting treated this way. Being a patient, this is unacceptable behavior to me.

Dr Stanford Voegele is a kind spirited and caring person…. To me and my husband. When I leave his office I feel after visiting w/him uplifted in my spirit… The office staff and nurses are very helpful and sweet too!

First off Dr. Jenna Barnes is an amazing doctor and truly cares for her patients, going above and beyond to help wherever she can. Unfortunately I can only give 3 stars because the front receptionist GLENDA WILSON does not need to be in customer service/healthcare or anywhere near other people for that matter. She’s rude, unprofessional, condescending and frankly heartless. If Cornerstone truly values their clients and wishes to have a future then this is not the image they should be projecting at their front desk.

Dr Tah and Her staff is absolutely amazing. I've been going there for three years and just blessed how well they truly treat you. Nurse Brittany is amazing. The front staff, you always feel welcomed even when you're sick. I truly love this whole office and feel like this review is well deserved.
