Ase dos meses me operaron de la tibia en este hospital y desde entonces no he visto mejorar mi salud al contrario me boy sintiendo peor he hablado al hospital y no me dan una respuesta de citas para que me verifiquen que es lo que me está pasando en mi cuerpo

Our family was spending the day in the Ferry Terminal area yesterday. My wife stumbled on a raised defective sidewalk. SF fire EMT transported her to CPMC. She was eventually diagnosed with a fractured hip. We are truly grateful to all the staff, from admitting, ER nurses and the ER doctor. Very clean facility and service provided was extremely professional and compassionate. We are grateful to everyone who assisted us. I highly recommend this hospital and again extremely grateful for their care of my wife! Bless you all.

Only a few of the people who work here wear masks. The management/doctors need to take a stand and require better infection control for the entire building for the good of staff and patients.

Went to ER with a dehydrated undernourished 59 year old male. He had a CT and while waiting for results, this man was not given any IV to hydrated him. Doctor told us he would give us a referral to a psychiatrist but then said no just call a number on the back of his med card. Go home and drink water and eat. Wow no help. Feel like it was a waste of time. Thus medical facility seems not to care but will put up with a man shooting up in the waiting room and picking at his face and shooting up again. UNBELIEVABLE!

I been here with my son since 8:30pm we waited and i came to the front and asked when will he be seen this was at 11pm she tells me she thought i left and she removed my son front the list WHAT! i asked to see the manager it’s 12:05 and i haven’t seen the manager or anybody and people that came hours later were called before my son i was and is still highly upset asked for the manager once they seen me wait by the door and he was called and i said call your manager and she said im working on it! Now people that been waiting less then 2 hrs are being called this hospital will never see any of my kids or myself again i was better off going to General hospital. The staff here horrible and the intake coordinator even worse.
