If you’re considering braces, do not go to this dentist. I had my braces on for four years and seven months, only to end up needing them completely removed and redone by a board-certified orthodontist to fix the mistakes.

Additionally, my five-year-old daughter had a bad experience here during a filling procedure. She was uncomfortable and struggling with a mouthpiece, but instead of addressing her distress, the dentist simply told her to “calm down.” I had too pull her out of the appointment and take her home crying.

If you’re looking for professionalism and proper care, I would recommend going somewhere else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dickson for many years. I have had 3 root canal’s performed by him.
All 3 of them broke before they could be completed. The length of time you have to wait in between visits is too long for the tooth to survive.
The last one I had was broke when he put the crown on. He told me he would not charge me if the crown failed . It did in 4 months. The lady’s at the front desk told me I still have to pay for the tooth. You usually have to wait 1 to 2 months sometimes even longer. They do not care if you have a tooth ach or not.

Unfortunate new review. Initially they earned a favorable rating. Until I recently found out they grossly mismanaged the dental health of someone really close to me… who is now needing to have multiple corrective procedures, including a root canal, due to this office’s mistakes. Apparently they’ve been resting on their laurels. At this point I would say be very wary of this dental practice

I was referred by my friend to this dentist. I called them five times in 3 days and also left voicemails but no one responded back. This is very frustrating. I have never come across a service like this ever. Maybe, this clinic has the wrong phone number or it is closed.

Dr. Dickson has been my dentist for years, we love him and all of the staff at Creekstone Dental. He is fun and always happy to be there. They all love what they do and it shows. Everyone is so friendly, and they are quick to get you in and out. Never going to anyone else!

I hadn't been to the dentist for awhile so a coworker referred me to Dr. Dickson and Creekstone Dental . I had never thought about getting braces on my bottom teeth as I am not a "spring chicken", but when I told Dr. Dickson I thought I was too "old" he said absolutely not! I should be getting my braces off in the next couple of months and I cant wait. I also had my silver fillings replaced with white ones. I have never been so happy and proud to smile like I am now. Also, the staff is amazing. So friendly and personable. I can honestly say its been the best dental experience ever.

I love this office! They do a very thorough cleaning and you NEVER have to worry about cavities they tell you about that don't really exist. I went to a dentist before Cannon and Dickson and was told that I had SEVENTEEN cavities. I went to their office and Dr. Cannon informed me that I had none. Since then, I have had a couple of cavities but I always know and trust that if they say it; it's true. They are trustworthy and professional.

About a year ago, I was telling the hygentist I was frustrated that my teeth have moved so much since I got my braces off 10 years ago. She had Dr. Dickson come take a look on the spot and I ended up getting a retainer (for a reasonable price) that he makes adjustments to every few months and my teeth are straight again. Dr. Dickson is good at what he does and now he will be doing a retainer for my husband as well as clipping his tongue because of the damage its done to his teeth. He knows his stuff!

They are truly fantastic as I never take time to leave reviews for anything!

Doctor Dickson is so dang good that I just fell asleep throughout my root canal. If that doesn't tell you how quick and painless it was and how good he is then idk what else to say. Also super friendly. The Buxton family will always go here for any dental work.
