Went in to establish a new patient. I was charged $236.56 for a copay. I informed the receptionist my copay is only $40. She insisted it was because I did not meet my deductible yet. I called my insurance company while there and was informed that I was correct. I waited a hour and a half to address the issue with the doctor because she was with clients. She told me I would have to speak with billing. I requested the number and was told they would contact me. I left and called a week later once the claim was posted. It took nearly a month to receive a refund.

Dr. Ayim is so welcoming yet very professional. She clearly explained everything that was going to happen to my body after having my hysterectomy, so that I understood why she proposed which medications or therapy approaches would work best for me. She is an exvellent listener and I appreciated how kind she was and how comfortable she made me feel!
