This was my first visit. The new partners at my previous dentist decided not to accept my Medicare Advantage plan after I had already signed up. When I arrived the receptionist greeted me immediately and within a couple of minutes the hygienist came out to get me. She was very nice and we quickly got through my intake. I was due for a full set of X-rays (panoramic and bitewing) which she took quickly and efficiently. Prior to my visit they had verified that all of these x-rays would be covered under my plan. Once she had completed the cleaning Dr. DaSilva came in to check my teeth. He also seems very nice! We booked my next 2 appointments before I left so I could ensure I'd get in the number allowed by my plan. I walked out feeling well cared for, and my teeth felt so smooth. Although I've had cleanings every 6 months throughout my life, this was quite possibly the cleanest my teeth have ever felt. All-in-all a great experience!

Front desk folks are always welcoming, smiling and patient. Love my hygienist who is also very kind and attentive and in a good mood. Dr DaSilva is fantastic! Soft spoken and always asks how you’re doing and personal. The office is bright, clean and welcoming

This was my first visit with Dr Brian DaSilva. He was repairing a filling that fell out of my front tooth. When I am nervous I tend to talk a lot (I hope I didn’t bother him too much!) He was so nice and gentle and I felt he took his time. He did a wonderful job on my tooth, I am very happy with the results. I thank his assistant also.

First visit as a new patient and to have my teeth cleaned. The hygienist was very knowledgeable, explained all the procedures and did and amazing job. The rest of the staff was very friendly!

Everyone in the office was friendly. Didn’t wait long in the waiting room, hygienist and Dr DaSilva were thorough, careful and pleasant. I was surprised that they are booking out almost 9 months for my next cleaning, which is why I only gave them four stars.

Everyone there is very nice as always. I've been going to them for over 10 years and never had any problems. The new office renovations have improved the overall experience. I saw Dr. Mckenna Cox for the first time and she was excellent, had all the answers.The only thing I didn't like was the "God bless you" as I was leaving. I'm not a religious person and didn't appreciate the religious reference in a dental office. That aside, thank you all for making this most recent appointment on short notice. I believe it kept me from having serious pain.

Quiet and easy-going wait. Very convenient location for me. All staff were welcoming. The hygienist was wonderful and thorough. Dr. DaSilva addressed the same issue that my previous dentist (who retired) had noticed. I am quite pleased.

I always have a good experience here, I’ve been coming for over 10 years. The hygienists are friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr DaSilva did a wonderful job on repairing a chipped tooth emergency right at the beginning of Covid. Everyone there really seems to care about their patients.
