Del Mar M.E.D.

Dina Massry has been my dermatologist for over 25 years and has been excellent. She gives more periodic exams and has taken off dozens of keratoses and skin cancers. Warm, competent and efficient would be my description.

Del Mar MED has been amazingly thorough and professional in every aspect of my dermatology care. I've been a licensed health care provider for many years who owns and operates a large clinic in North County...I couldn't be happier with my care.

I’m very unhappy with my experience. After calling ahead to verify that the provider was in network, I proceeded with my appointment. Unfortunately, it turns out this provider was in fact not in network. Most reputable medical practices are able to verify this in office. I was assured by an employee over the phone that the office was in network with Aetna and the staff recorded my insurance card in person, accepting my copay at the time of service. It is the medical provider’s responsibility to verify benefits upon check in, I have seen it done before. If my dentist, chiropractor and PCP can then so can a dermatology practice. I am now stuck with a large bill. I came here to obtain a diagnosis for a skin condition that is impacting my quality of life. While I am grateful for the diagnosis I still wish I had not come in. There seems to be very little accountability on the provider’s part which leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I wouldn’t recommend this provider as it is clear the priority for them is profits over patients. A payment plan and $50 off is not enough to relieve the stress and the financial burden.

Dr Massry at Del Mar M.E.D. is an exceptional dermatologist who truly cares about their patients' skin health. She took the time to thoroughly understand my concerns and conditions, providing personalized treatment options. I had seen several dermatologists in the past 5 years and I always felt rushed during the visit but not with Dr Massry. Her professionalism and expertise make her a stand-out in their field. I highly recommend Dr. Massry for anyone seeking top-notch dermatological care!

Skin experts for sure! Dr. Borok is amazing, and very knowledgeable, my Botox application was on point my skin looks amazing and improved my complexion. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. The doctors are experienced in skin cancer screening, anti aging procedures, they were very knowledgeable, professional, caring, and punctual. I will come back for future care!

My experience at Del Mar M.E.D was exceptional. Dr. Jenna Borok is so knowledgable about all different facets of the skin whether it's cosmetic or medical. She has been able to help me with problem areas in my skin as well as Botox. The staff at the front are super helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be back for future care and all my dermatological needs!

I don’t know how I would have possibly gotten through the many too many skin issues, some extremely serious, without Dr Massry and the other doctors!!!! I am SO GRATEFUL for the excellent care my entire family has, and continues to have, at Del Mar Med!!!!
