Dr. Yuanyuan Zhang is excellent. The staff and scheduling people are inconsiderate and rude. Confirmed an appointment for a test the day before as directed. Left explicit instructions with person on the phone to confirm. Showed up next day and was told I was rescheduled as I did not confirm. No phone call from the office to say my appointment was cancelled and rescheduled. Asked to have an office business manager call me as I wanted to express my feelings to someone who has the authority to address this, of course no phone call back to me. If I didn’t like my doctor so much I would go elsewhere

Something is wrong in the office. Making appointments is a nightmare. Dr. Zhang was great. My health is important to me so, canceling 3 heart test appointments and a f/u was a big deal to me but they didn't seem care. They call late on Fridays and if you miss it, and you call back immediately, they still cancel your appointment. Even then, the rescheduled and CONFIRMED appointment doesn't exist when you get there.

Absolutely terrible. Their staff is unprofessional. They violate hippa by talking about patients in the receptionist area after having them on speaker for the duration of call. Further I had an appointment that they rescheduled 4x! I had an appointment today at 1130. I had confirmed this appointment when we set it up the 4th time. They called to let me know they as usual would need to change it from 1130 to 2pm. I received those appointment voicemails after their office had closed. Called this morning and they had no clue what I was talking about and had canceled my appointment again. Super dysfunctional and the front desk is useless. Go somewhere else, I've reported them.

Edit: this place is absolute garbage do not go here if your life depends on it. You will get better service from a McDonald's.

Had an echo scheduled (2 months in advance) for January and was told it would be canceled when I called less than 3 days before to confirm some details. The soonest they had at that point was IN JUNE. I declined the echo in June and said I would just take the order and get it done elsewhere. They then proceeded to schedule me for June anyway, and CANCEL THE UNRELATED FOLLOWUP I had scheduled for February 1st since NOVEMBER. This follow up was for a TM flow test I had done in December and had NOTHING to do with the echo being rescheduled. Absolute garbage Dr's and garbage office associates. Waste of time and space.

My 1st procedure was at 8:45. Office called day before to see if I could move my 2nd procedure to 9;00. I happily agreed. It’s now 10:15 and I’m still waiting. I’m told they’re waiting for a room. What?

I scheduled an appointment with them. They sent me the required paperwork and instruction. I went to the appointment but they didn’t have an appointment scheduled today or any day for me. Of course they couldn’t explain why I was sent the paperwork. I took off of work for this appointment but the best they could do is schedule me is an appointment at a much later date. I did get an insincere apology. I guess that makes up for the fact that they even got one star. Hmmm…they can’t schedule or customer service properly, but I’m supposed to trust them with my heart health.

I would like to start by saying Dr.Zweben is amazing . He’s very professional and super helpful he will ensure you understand everything and answer any questions you may have .
Unfortunately the front desk receptionist are disrespectful and inattentive . Front desk will complain about
Doing their job right in front of you as if you can’t hear them. One simple request she had to mumble under her breath “ I didn’t know it was that serious .” Even if she felt that way it shouldn’t of been said . The bear office has a different energy then all other offices .

Love Dr Zweben, when I get to see him. Been over a year. Out of my last 7 appointments, the staff has canceled me 6 times. Also, hard to get prescriptions. Gonna try again today.
