On a recent visit I was seen right on time. My hygienist, Kya, was great. Professional, focused and pleasant to work with. Good seeing Dr. Ritter again. He did bridge work for me last year. Also, kudos to Erin at the front desk. She's been very helpful.

Horrible Experience with Receptionist

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this dental office in New Milford. I called to set up an emergency appointment for my son to replace his metal cap, only to be told by the receptionist that my insurance wasn’t on file, so my son couldn’t be seen right away. Instead, I was told to reach out to the Waterbury office and drive over an hour to see a dentist there – with only 20 minutes' notice and put a claim in!

To make matters worse, a month later when I tried to book another appointment for my son, I was informed he is no longer considered a patient at this practice. No communication, no explanation – just another rude and unhelpful interaction.

The dentist here is great, but the behavior of one receptionist has completely ruined the experience. I cannot recommend this practice as long as such unprofessionalism is tolerated.

Dr. C has been a pleasure to work with! He is very friendly and explains things in a way that is understandable. He makes you feel welcome and listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. The hygienists have been wonderful as well as the front office staff. Highly recommend this practice!

Dr Carbonella has been wonderful to work with for my daughter’s invisalign! He is so willing to take the time to explain anything and everything, and he is extremely responsive when any questions come up. He is patient and thorough. I feel like we are in very good hands!

Dr. Peck is a down to earth and very kind doctor. He is gentle with his work and ensures you understand what he is going to do before he does it. His staff are also very wonderful! Highly recommend!

I had Donna as hygienist and she seemed nice at first. Seemed like she was mad my teeth had buildup on them. Then proceeded to tell me I needed to buy 25$ toothpaste. On top of this nobody told me that my primary dentist wasn’t there which is Dr. Peck so I had some random one i didn’t even know.

This was my first visit for a routine exam and cleaning. The office staff was pleasant and professional, and I was seen promptly. Nanette, the dentist’s assistant, was lovely and efficient. Dr.Ritter himself was very friendly and thorough, and did not try to push unnecessary services on me. Ashley was my dental hygienist and she too was lovely, gentle and efficient. I highly recommend this practice and plan on coming back.
