I will never come here again. The staff at the front desk were very nice but the moment I sat in the chair to get my wisdom teeth removed everything went left.
1. My appointment was for 8:15 Monday morning but I wasn’t called back until almost 9am.
2. It was my very first time being under any type of anesthesia and I was extremely scared. I started to cry I was so nervous and no one seemed to have any care in the world to try and help me feel better or explain to me what was about to happen.
It seemed like they were in a rush to hurry up and put me to sleep so they wouldn’t have to deal with me. The bedside manner was just terrible. It was like they were offended that I was nervous and were very snobby in letting me know they do this everyday and I shouldn’t worry.
The craziest part is that they made a mistake with the IV bag causing water to start dripping on the floor, which seemed to startle the lady with the needle in my arm and they had a good laugh about it. For people who do this everyday what’s so hard about clipping the IV bag correctly?
3. Overall in my whole experience I feel the two women who were with me before the doctor came in were completely inconsiderate and completely unprofessional. I especially feel this strongly towards the woman who put the needle in my arm. As previously stated , I feel she was in a rush to hurry and put me to sleep so she could stop dealing with me.
I was not treated as a human being who has an heart and emotions. I was just another number for them to get through that day.
All I could do was cry. there was literally nothing I could do.. Everyone was moving so quickly. Next thing I know I’m waking up in my friends parking lot and they’re helping me up the stairs.
I’m grateful to be okay now though. It’s been three days and my face is huge!

For my first time being under any type of anesthesia, I hope and pray if I ever have to go through it again that it is nothing like this.

We were referred by our insurance company for wisdom teeth extraction. We sent in all the information requested, and was giving a price AFTER they spoke with our insurance company. Went in the day of, had to pay the bill upfront, and was told as long as no complications we were done. The Dr. was excellent! When the procedure was over, went to the front desk and asked if there was anything further and was told to go to the side to pick up my son. Today, 7 months later, we recieve a message to call the office. I call and was advised that they have been sending statements ( we haven't received anything) and that there is a balance on our account. What? the office person said she'll proceed with legal if not paid. I had to pay upfront, the amount that they said was not approved by the insurance company.

If you go to this place you will be overcharged . I went here to get a estimate for my teeth. They X-Rayed my teeth. Then gave me a estimate of $4000. The only thing that saved me from paying these people 4000. Dollars was they told me I needed a periodontist.
Before I went to the periodontist I asked them to send my Xrays to them. I called 3 times for them to send them. They never did or someone was incompetent to do so. But to make this short. The periodontist is also general dentist, . His quote was 2000. HALF THE COST . Then 2 months later I recieved a bill from them for the XRAYS. These people are very GREEDY. Dont use them.. Even on the paper work you sign it states the amout you are quoted may not be your final cost. I dont understand the price difference. Its not quality , because I thought that to at first.. But the quality was second to none at the dentist I went to..

The women at the front desk are wonderful, but it’s the staff behind the desk that are not so wonderful. I came in for a filling, once I got in the chair the assistant informed me (after speaking with the dentist) that they wouldn’t be able to do it because I had a bracket (braces) on the tooth that was being treated, the dentist didn’t even have the decency to come acknowledge me or anything after sitting in the chair for almost an hour. About a month later, an employee called me in regards to a bill and couldn’t even explain the charges. Do not recommend

I went in last month needing a bridge because of the lack of knowledge and skills from a previous local dentist(I prefer not to disclose his name). Ms.Yvette assisted me from day 1. She walked me through what had to be done. Today I finally got my temporary bridge in and I also had to have an extraction . Throughout my procedure today both she and Dr. Hall took excellent care of me . Ms. Yvette is so nurturing-I love her! They’re both amazing . I’m already impressed at the progress so far and can’t wait for my permanent bridge .I’m so glad I chose Dr. Hall as my new dentist .

Shout out to Yvette she's is a live saver on 11-4-2024 I had just left work and my crown came off so I stop by to see about getting appointment set up and Yvette walk up as she was getting ready to leave work and as always she acknowledged me as I were waited to get an appointment set up and when I told her that my crown came out she offer to stay and put it back on to keep me from having to come back and I'm so thankful her and the workers.

Today I came in to get a crown put on a tooth that I recently got a root canal on and when I tell you, this was one of the best appointments I’ve had in a long time!!! Doctor Hall and her dental assistant, Miss Yvette Did an amazing job explaining the process and checking on me every step of the way. Thankful and truly do appreciate those ladies!!!

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed two weeks ago and couldn't recommend Dental Care Center more! My appointment was scheduled for 7AM, and I was completely done and out the door by 9AM.
All of the staff were very friendly, and Dr. Khan did a great job. I experienced no swelling or bruising. I was very nervous for this procedure but everyone made sure it went as smoothly as possible.
