First, let me start by saying this was the best and most detail oriented cleaning and dental exam I’ve ever had. My dental hygienist Ms. Donna, was thorough and incredibly friendly and bubbly. The whole experience was amazing. On top of that, they put me in for an ASAP slot if anything opened and I was seen the very next day, as a new patient! Finally, Doctor Tran sat with me to discuss my X-rays, and my interest in Invisalign. He was fully transparent with my expected results and its value to me. My entire family is switching over, and we are greatly appreciative of this dentistry.

DENTAIL CARE OF BONAIRE is one of the best dental practices I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist office lol The staff actually take the time to answer questions and also talk about why teeth are important. The front desk staff are fabulous and to be honest all the staff members are friendly and very knowledgeable about their dental services. I was so impressed that I decided to give them a treat because I was happy to be treated so kind and respectful. Thank you Bonaire u Rock

I was a client of Dental Care of Bonaire for over a year. I had around 4 appointments in that time. I do not recommend their office or their dentists at all. I have been trying to get them to file with the correct insurance on a visit since last May. Every time I talk to a different person who assures me they will... next couple weeks I get a bill. Always mysterious bills from them months or a year after appointments, after telling you that you are all squared away. Also, worst of all, they messed up my left back molar so so bad. I've had constant discomfort ever since the filling, which they even "redid" at no charge because they messed up so terribly. My gums got infected because they pushed hard glass like fragments of filling material into my gum line when doing the filling the first time and had to dig them out. The wait was always over an hour even when I was never late for an appointment. Once the wait was over two hours, again, I had an appointment. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I literally switched insurance this year just to get a better dentist.

I have been a patient of this establishment for past 4 years. They have had changes in staff which have ruined the services beyond expectation. Receptionist has the biggest attitude problem. For example if you ever complained about waiting for over an hour and a half in lobby after your appointment time. She will make sure to remind you of that every visit you make to embarrass you in front of other staff. Although i can say that Dr lewis is a great doctor and very compassionate person but the environment in that office has very unwelcoming vibes. Never planing to visit this office again for any reason.

Dr. Lewis is a good dentist, with that being said, whoever answers the phones, if they ever do, never relays any info or call backs.i got a tooth removed and am in excruciating pain. I've called and talked to several ppl that reassured me they would talk to doctor and see what she recommends...suprise, day 3, still in alot of pain and no callbacks.....

I visited the office last week for a toothache and was seen by Dr. Tran. He diagnosed me with a cracked filling and refused to extract a “perfectly good” tooth. Instead he recommended a crown, scheduling the procedure for today. I received both an email and a phone call confirming the appointment, and I spoke with a gentleman in the front office who also confirmed my visit.

However, upon my arrival, Beth, the office manager, informed me that I did not have an appointment. I was taken aback by the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service in this situation. The disregard for the time I took off work and the pain I was experiencing was frustrating. I requested to speak with the doctor, but I was told that it wasn't possible. I asked to wait and speak with someone else, and I took a seat.

Unfortunately, the office manager, Beth, then called the police and claimed I was trespassing. Stg J Andrews was the officer who came out and said I was criminally trespassing. I wish I’d have read the Yelp reviews prior to dealing with them. This has hands down been the worst experience I’ve had dealing with a dentist or doctor’s office.
