My 17 year old daughter had her wisdom teeth removed last Friday. All of the staff were sweet, kind, down to earth and helpful throughout the whole procedure. Dr. Kotecki did a wonderful job making my daughter feel at ease. As a mom this means a lot. I knew she was in good hands.
I feel the staff value their clients and treat them with great respect.

I went in for a double extraction and was so nervous... imagine my surprise when I walked out 20 minutes later feeling fine! easy extraction knocked down the bill and Anna the assistant was with me the whole time keeping me calm and answering my ?'s!! shout-out to Anna for turning the dentist into a feel good experience, 5 stars!

I was really anxious about an upcoming root canal repair. Darcy answered all my questions, even the stupid ones, with patience and compassion. On the day of my appointment, Diane and Dr Gell were absolutely excellent...professional, caring, once again very patient with me. I like the transparency and being informed during the procedure....knowing what's going on matters a lot when one is vulnerable. Everyone from the people at the desk to my doctor was calm, smiling and very reassuring. Very glad to know people like these are working on my behalf for a healthy outcome! Highly recommended!

This place ROCKS! As sad as it was for me to be referred due to needing a molar removed, the care here was top notch! From the ladies at the front desk, to my consult with Stacy for my implant, & Jillian & Jenny assisting the best oral surgeon ever, Dr Kotecki... it just doesn't get any better! The office is beautiful, the environment is so relaxed & comfortable, & the medical staff so professional, yet fun, caring, & literally made it pain free! Thanks guys!

Let me clarify the 2 stars are for the staff and surgeon, the ladies up at the front desk 5 stars!! Had my wisdom teeth removed, went in for a consultation prior to surgery and ended up waiting 15 min because the surgeon/doctor was in the middle of a surgery. When he came in he was friendly but very short when I asked a question they made it to be a dumb question, ended up rushing me through and forgot half of my questions. For the money I spent out of pocket for the consultation not happy, if you are anxious about this procedure beforehand you make sure they answer everyone of your questions. I had to end up calling the office and they helped clear up any confusion left by Dr Hogg. Day of surgery went ok, just with the nurses dropping medical utensils and tripping on the oxygen tube ripping it from my nose, little unprofessional. After surgery I left with 2 measly pieces of gauze, for something that bled for 2 days straight. No one told me that wisdom teeth can have extra roots and if they do it makes the procedure and healing 10x worse/longer. Afterwards went home and laid down woke up in excruciating pain and had to go to ER. Not one of my worst experiences but not a good one either! Just saying for close to 3k and they can’t even walk you through what could happen or what to expect, let alone even give someone enough gauze, gauze is cheap🙄🙄

Our experience wasn't great, but I don't believe it was of any fault of the Clinics. My young daughter had hard veins to locate, and after a long period of time and many attempts, we were given two different options on how to proceed. After we chose a different way, things went great and very smooth. They were great at allowing us to stay with her until she was calmed down and ready for the procedure. We would go back again! Thank you for your calm demeanor, understanding, and reassurance during those trying hours!

Doctor Gell and Darcy are the BEST! I am very sensitive to pain and I dont take well to meds (they do not last long, 10 minutes) They scrambled and worked fast, and precise. They were very confindent they could help me with my root canal! And that is exactly what they did. With my comfort top priority they handled everything very proffessional and caring! Highly recomend this team to anyone that struggles with oral surgeries. Thank you!

I had 2 teeth pulled. One had broken off in a crown, so there was not much of a tooth exposed. I also have extremely small veins. The staff were extremely professional, kept talking to me to take my mind off of the blood draw and getting prepped for the procedure. Before I knew it, I was waking up and everything was over. I highly recommend everyone involved!
